C&H mini splits are generally pretty good units. But I had one just one and a half years old that developed a leak in the wall unit. I sent video showing bubbles on the coils and they would not honor the warranty and had to pay out-of-pocket for a replacement. BTW - MiniSplits for Less is great to deal with and I don't blame them for C&H not honoring the warranty.

EDIT: I still highly recommend the company Mini Splits for Less but STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE BRAND THEY SELL “COOPER AND HUNTER” by Comfortside. Over the past 2 years of owning a Cooper and Hunter system my control board has gone out 3 times and the compressor has blown 2 times with multiple failures and issues causing me to have to pay for shipping for parts and expensive repair bills from my hvac company. Comfortside is horrible to deal with and doesn’t care about it customers having to front these constant expensive repair bills due to their horrible quality of product. DO NOT buy Cooper and Hunter brand or you will regret it. Spend a little more upfront for a quality brand and system to save you thousands and many headaches constantly down the road!

Mini Splits for Less has been awesome to work with! Not only do they have amazing pricing but their customer service goes above and beyond to make their customers happy. Would definitely recommend!

We ordered from this company via Amazon. They sent two outside units and no inside unit. I looked up the number to give them a call because we hired someone to install them and we were about to have to pay for nothing. THEY WERE GREAT!!! They overnighted the part that we didn't get so that it would be here in time to be installed AND they sold the other piece to my installer at a discount. He was happy, we were happy, and they get a 5 star review! Customer service is not dead in Florida! Thank you MiniSplits4Less for taking care of your customers!

They will send you the wrong unit, not respond for five days after you have called the number on the packing slip and emailed through Amazon's link. And when you finally make changes to begin to accommodate the wrong unit they sent you they will finally call back. After their terrible "customer service" thing talks over you as you relate your frustrations at the situation they created. She will talk over you and accuse you of stealing the unit they sent you!?!? Next they set up a truck to bring it back but they can't even do that right so they reschedule. Treat your house like their own warehouse. Still haven't got the refund on the unit I am absolutely not buying from these clowns and waiting for them to get their trucks figured out so I can get a not insignificant amount of floor space back in my garage. And in case you still want to buy from these idiots, there is a good chance the unit that you get has already been returned from someone else's house before it gets to you

Saved My Butt During Hurricane Milton
This mini split AC is awesome. When Hurricane Milton hit, my generator powered it no sweat, keeping me cool while everything else went nuts. It’s been running for months now, no issues—quiet, efficient, does the job. Customer service was a huge help with install too; super nice and patient. Can’t recommend it enough!

Customer service is top notch, and their products are truly high quality. What impressed me the most was the personal touch after my purchase, they actually called me to check on how I was liking the product and to get my feedback.

A special shoutout to Kastalia, the manager, who personally reached out to ensure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers and continuously strives to improve. I will definitely be ordering again soon! Highly recommend!

We purchased a mini-split unit for our condo in Florida, following a recommendation from our condo board. They partnered with MiniSplits4Less, ensuring us we’d get a great unit with installation handled by another so-called trusted partner. When the installation never happened due to other condo residents complaining of the quality of installation, our boxes containing this unit were never touched, never opened - and so we thought a refund would be simple. They refused to refund due to having passed their 30-day return policy - which was dubious because this company knew full well residents were waiting for installation permits and the installation company to actually begin the work… which took a lot longer than 30 days. While I understand their policy, in these circumstances, they refused to provide the right level of customer service. Oh.. and by the way, if you think they’ll deliver to your door.. they won’t. We had to carry the boxes up to our 2nd floor condo ourselves. They left the boxes in the parking lot.

We were hit with hurricane Ian pretty hard, with a flood as well. I had to replace my air conditioning and heating system. From the very beginning of researching what system I wanted or needed, the staff at Mini Splits 4 Less were extremely helpful. They answered every question accurately, patiently and despite all my questions (I had many) they were always very cordial. Honestly it was a great experience to work with them. From the initial order to the delivery, everything was exactly like they said and accurate. I could not be happier with the new system as well, it works perfectly and my wife loves it too. It’s unbelievably quiet and keeps our home comfortable. I would not hesitate to tell my friends, or anyone else to work with this company.

They are the worst supplier. They sent me an incomplete order. I spoke to someone a week ago and they have not called back. Now I can't get anyone to answer the phone for two days. Do yourself a favor and buy your equipment from somebody else. Their customer service is terrible.

I cannot tell you enough good things about my experience with MiniSplits4less. i was Very skeptical at first and wondered if i was going to get good equipment but everything worked out amazingly well.
unit shipped from FL 2 business days after purchase. i received in 3 days. Trucking company was very responsive in setting up delivery. unit was palletized and only lineset cover boxes were dented...everything else was pristine.
install went amazingly well (Mia NG 12kbtu's with Heat/Cool - 230V) and loved the look once completed.
Licensed Hvac rep came and nitro tested (no leaks) , pulled vacuum and then released pre-charged Freon. after running unit for 30min (82degree weather), inside was already cooling into 60's.
we wanted the Wifi function so ordered dongle -- have not rec'd yet (although shipped same day we ordered) but will update once that is done.
*** WIFI DONGLE UPDATE-- Recd via Usps and packed well to protect item. Instructions not super clear but managed to install (wifi vs Bluetooth) and running well from 1 cell phone. If separate building, I would highly recommend this as you can turn on/off before arriving!!! Wonderful feature!

had issues trying to register for Warranty today -- but i spoke with Josh (2nd time now) and he confirmed they are valid dealers and gave me Tel # to call for CooperHunter/Comfortside customer care. i did and they found out i was on their EU warranty page vs USA warranty page (really i have no clue how - all still in english).... so just be careful when registering and insure you are on correct USA website for Cooper&Hunter....
