This says mini split AC for less but yet everything under inventory is overpriced way overpriced they're crazy

I had an issue with amazon billing me wrong and Minisplits4less helped me resolve the issue. I got the unit in a timely manner . Impressed with the unit. Will be using them for more purchases in the future .

All steps from purchasing to delivery to the Mini-Split product set up went very well. The operation of the Mini-Split is perfect. It is quiet, it is cool, the air is blown out with louvers going up and down and side to side to disperse the cool air throughout. We give this product and it's support team 5 stars.

I operate a few short-term rental units in Naples Florida. Since May, I contacted three AC companies trying to purchase a replacement HVAC unit. One company that I shopped from before sent me a broken unit , a second company where I purchased multiple appliances in the past, have me on a three month waiting list - never stated that at time of ordering, and a third would call me back- I still am waiting. Not so with MINISPLIT4LESS . My calls were immediately answered by a live person- not a machine. The staff was so.. polite, knowledgeable, and patient. All my questions were answered truthfully. My shipment arrived on time as agreed( 3) days, and delivered by
R+L freight as I promised. The freight driver, RICO, was polite, friendly and accommodating. My HVAC, Hunter cooper 1500BTU is very attractive and will definitely fit my need.

Ive purchased several mini split units from minisplits4less. Max in sales has been top notch in communicating and following thru on orders. The products they sell are top quality and comparable to more expensive brands. You will save and have piece of mind purchasing from this company. They support what they sell and work with homeowners and professionals.

Ordered A couple of cooper and hunter units from them on Amazon. It all arrived on time and in perfect condition. I installed everything myself and it all works as it should. I’m glad I went with them, it saved me a chunk of money over going with LG and buying a branch box . Thanks for helping my massive DIY project.

Update: the person I was reaching out to is no longer with the company and several months went by and I lost the receipt w/the tracking number. Still doesn’t explain the days I called and nobody answered the phone…. The package went to the address they sent me and somehow they Kinda refused to check inventory!! Crazy, $143 store credit. I would like my refund.

This place will not return my phone call, nor my emails after I returned a thermostat to them. I was never refunded! I’m out of almost $400

MiniSplits4Less did a great job from purchase through delivery. The unit was shipped flawlessly and arrived on schedule. And MiniSplits4Less even honored the Amazon day pricing, even though the unit was purchased the week before! I couldn't be happier! And the unit is performing well even in the Texas summer heat.

Buyer beware, we ordered a commercial 4 ton mini split, the morning of delivery I called to ask if they knew when the was to arrive ( 600+lbs ) so we have the mne to unload it, my wife called said the truck was at our house (right around the corner! ),the driver said he could not! so we got our men to go and load it up (2 trucks ), anyway after all that we needed a longer hose, so we called and ordered it received the tracking numbers (delayed )so I called and the hose was sent back, THIS IS HOW PETTY THIS COMPANY IS THEY SAID THAT SINCE THE SHIPPING COMPANY SCREWED UP THAT THEY WERE NOT GOING TO HONOR IT AND PLEASE BUY SOMEHERE ELSE!

This company is wonderful to work with! We had an issue where the shipping company damaged our product and even after the 30 days, they sent us a new product. Highly, highly recommend this company!! They were so kind and kept their word with everything they said! Thank you MiniSplits4Less!!

Excellent attention from the sales people and the units so far meet my expectations very well.

We bought a Cooper Hunter 48,000 BTU mini split system and in the past two years we have had nothing but problems out of this unit ARJ mechanical is the company that did the install They don’t service their equipment we can’t get them on the phone. They have never turned in the warranty registration cards and we have paid many times to have other companies come out and figure out what’s going on with it and it still doesn’t work right. We called Cooper Hunter last time with another technician and we were told that because the registration cards were not sent in that there is no warranty. I would not recommend this unit or mini splits 4 less to anybody save your money and call local so the company that installs your unit will be close when problems arise

Be very careful. It can cost around $1000 to return plus potential %20 restocking fees. I just needed to exchange the head from cassette to wall mount do to sizing.
