I’ve been using 911 Cold Air for about 2 years now on all our freezer needs and I’m happy to say they responsiveness is what has made them successful with keeping up with our needs.

This ac company provided service for my ac the same day when I Called and I was very satisfied with their work. The work they do is very professional.

This is the first service company that I have worked with that: the tech arrived on time, resolved the problem, was neat and left the area clean while doing maintenance - highly recommend the service and the office communication with me.

I called for the repair 3 units of my washers and dryers machines and the guys seems lost! like new in this kind of repairs, it was supposed to be a repair for 3 units and after seeing the performance I had step in and limit the damage and still I paid $200
I deleted their number and will never use them again

911 Cold Air provided service for my AC the same day when I called when my AC was not cooling & working. I was very satisfied with their work , Super nice great customer service & they got the job done in no time

This honestly is the best experience I had with an AC company. They are professional and my technicians dylan and lyhel properly explained everything to me. They really do take their time out to reinsure you that they have everything under control and will be done without any issues...Thank you guys for doing it like a breeze<-- haha get it🤣

Terrible. The first technician they sent didn’t speak English, so I had to communicate the problem by calling the office and having someone translate. I was informed I needed an entirely new thermostat (which I purchased). Same problem within a months time. Second scheduled visit (to fix the problem they didn’t fix properly the first time), I called at 9am and was told they would have someone out shortly. I continued to call periodically throughout the day and was told “you are next”. By 4pm I cancelled the call and contacted Lindstrom who immediately came out and fixed the problem. Horrible service!

They are very true to their words fast reliable and very clean i would recommend them to everyone from now on they just did a full ac replacement in 6 hrs from a 3 ton to a 5ton very nice team of professionals

I use 911 Cold Air for all my apartments. We have 100 plus apartments and every time something goes wrong they are there in a timely manner. They are also reasonably priced. Great service, highly recommended!

Updated review coming soon... had a dispute with their lazy tech after he didn't want to do the job he was hired to do. Spoke with the owner Lazaro which didn't even want to open his ears and listen. Since we couldn't come to a solution we told him we would just leave a bad review as he didn't want to understand our frustration and then that's when he threatened against legal action if we put a review. Sounds pretty sketchy. Don't trust this company. Beware!

I called today because my refrigerator was broken. Having just shopped for the thanksgiving holiday to say I was panicking is a understatement.
They sent out technicians Dylan and Ihyel within hours. They were so pleasant. The pair diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately.This was my first time using this company and i will definitely use them again , if the need arises. Thank you 911 cold air and thank you Dylan and Ihyel. Definitely Recommend.

I would recommend 911 cold air to anyone of My family members and friends. Not only are they very professional. Then they came to my house at the time they promised and I did not have to wait. They gave me an appointment right away. The man that installed the actual unit was very sweet and kind. Miami isn’t really known for its amazing customer service, however 911 Cold Air completely impressed me.
Alexei Alfonso called me and was super professional from the start he treated my home respectfully and went above and beyond what he had to do as a technician, he had my AC running top notch during his service call. It’s awesome to see good people working in an industry that is full of scam artists and people who don’t care about the customer. I give this place the highest rating.
