** Updated after call from owner & Owner response** Typical Miami style behavior, had an appointment at 1130, and company didn't call or show up to the appointment. Tried all the numbers listed on Google and only got the voicemail. Eventually found a number on home away that was likely a personal cell phone as it was answered simply, "Hello"... After explaining that we were waiting in the lobby for our appointment and nobody was there the response was...umm sorry we have a lot of appointments, can you wait there for like....30 min or so? This is the first interaction where one would assume a business would want to present their best foot forward... If this is how the relationship starts...I can only imagine how fun it will be to get them to show up to do the actual work. We are avoiding this firm at all costs.... Company was not listed on the building directory and the security guard didn't know the company either. My guess is they are using a friends office as their business address and running this business with out a physical office. *** Update after call from owner*** Just received an irate call from the owner of the company regarding the review that was posted. I cannot begin to explain how ignorant and belligerent this owner was. According to the owner, it was my fault, the website does not have a feature to set an appointment with him, the email we received was not from him, the sms confirmations were not from the company, his website does not have a booking feature, and he has no idea about an appointment we made with him. I forward him the email that the company sent us. After reviewing, all types of excuses happened, 1) it is not from us (although its from the companies email account) so I forwarded him the email they sent us. 2) someone must have gotten his email password and sent it to us. I forwarded him screen shots of his website. 3) His developer must have built a feature he didn't know about, I explained its his responsibility as the owner to know about these things. 4) He's a contractor and not a developer, I reiterated that it's his business and its his responsibility 5) He doesn't know how the feature works, I again reiterated its his website and his responsibility. The owner was full of excuses and blame for everyone else and could not take responsibility or apologize. Towards the end of the call, I pointed out all he needed to do was say I apologize for the mix up and will correct it. Not very well received, and met with further defensive posture as well as blame. He attempted to shift the call and begin asking about the project, after pushing him for an apology, he relented and said he was sorry and could I remove or change the review. After saying no but I'd be happy to update the review documenting this call, he became very irate again and told me I could write what ever I wanted. Blamed me further, and claimed no responsibility for his actions. It was such an absurd phone call and we are so lucky to have dodged this bullet, I can only imagine how bad it would have been to hire this contractor who can not accept responsibility for his business. It's a strong lesson in customer support, always better to start with an acknowledgment of an issue and ask how can we resolve the issue. **Response to owner reply: Again the owner is the victim here. It's quite amazing how this owner presents publicly vs the way he handles himself in private. Following God is supposed to be all the time, not just when convenient as a public shield. Please consider adjusting your system to not accept appointments on Sunday.

The company does not have any suite number in the building where it supposedly should have an office. The receptionist does not know anything about this company. Made an appointment for 11:30 am on Sunday, nobody was there, no message from them, nothing... I called them and was told if I can wait that they will come “in about 30 mins”. As a first impression they completely failed, I do not recommend to engage with them since this behavior is absolutely unacceptable.
