The A/C technician was very prompt in his response. He was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the root of the problem. He communicated what was wrong with us and what he was doing to fix it, at every step of the way. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Ernesto is professional, knowledgeable and patient. We had a leak and he worked for awhile to locate the issue. It took some time however he corrected the situation. I had several questions which he answered until I understood. The pricing is fair and he takes his time. I will surely recommend him to my family, friends and neighbors.

Great customer service; I called on Saturday afternoon and they were here Monday morning. Ernesto was very honest, knowledgeable, helpful and explained everything along the way. Ernesto let us know the truth that it needs to be replaced and gave us a quote. We jumped on the offer and set up a date for install. Ernesto fixed our ancient a/c to run until the new a/c can be installed. Installation day came and everything was quick, efficient, and painless. Ernesto is kind, friendly, and most importantly.....PROFESSIONAL!!! I now have an a/c person that I will call and feel confident in referring to my friends and family with zero hesitation.

Called Ernesto for a AC repair late Saturday afternoon. Ernesto came as promised 9:30 am. His repair Van was the cleanest work Van I’ve seen in my life, everything organized. Fixed everything as promised, everything very smooth and professional. Haven’t had a such level of professional service in a long time. Was recommended by a friend of mine and my friend was right. would highly recommend without any hesitation , very difficult to get someone today at such level.
