We closed and moved into our home on a Friday and discovered we had a climate problem the first night in the house. C&R was a blind referral from a new neighbor. We cold called and hoped for the best. Our first contact was Rob. Rob sent Chris out to diagnose the problem and service the system right away. Chris quickly discovered that the climate problem was due to a previous rat problem in the attic- rats had eaten our duct work And there was no insulation in a 1/3 of our home. Unfortunately, our home inspector didn’t disclose this. Chris got our unit cleaned and then we worked with an attic restoration company to clean up the rat damage. After that was complete, Rob and Chris Began work. They have spent the last week here working in terrible heat and an incredibly low, tight attic to replace ductwork, create new supply lines, install new exhaust fans and even ran a new condensate line to replace the old one that wasn’t up to par. They also created a new return to help our slightly too large system breathe better.They finished the work yesterday and came back today to tune up a bit. Cannot say enough good things about Rob and Chris. Chris did a lot of the attic work and he’s just a good, solid, nice guy. Rob is great too- he did a lot of key work installing returns, fans and supply lines. Can’t ask for better work, better service and nicer, more knowledgeable people. They are the official AC provider for this house and I would highly recommend them to anyone else.

I don’t leave reviews often because I’m honestly very picky about the companies I work with—but this team completely exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, their professionalism stood out. They were not only incredibly friendly, but also genuinely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. I bought a whole new unit and Laz was not only quick but he was seamless with the installation.

It’s rare to find a company that combines great customer service with real expertise, but they did exactly that. Willy took the time to explain everything, as well as, following up after the job was completed. Laz and Willy take obvious pride in their work and truly care about their customers. I felt confident and taken care of the entire time.

I had an AC system go down on me on a Friday at 4 PM while I was travelling and Will And his team got somebody out there Friday evening put in a temporary system right away. And had a new system put in on Monday. Clean, neat and tidy work. Punctual and did everything. They said they were going to do. They took care of all the details and the permitting.
