Adam went out of his way to find the perfect fit for the job. He and his associate, Astrubal, did the installation and went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. I am so pleased with the overall level of expertise and professionalism demonstrated throughout the process. They were also very considerate of mom’s home! I later learned that they don’t typically deal with through-the-wall units, but they knew we were in a bind and were more than willing to help. I had a situation where another AC company sold me a very expensive AC unit just to unload it, and I paid three times what I should of paid for an AC unit for my home. I couldn't get the parts because no one could get them in a reasonable amount of time. I had called several companies that where dealers and they couldn't help me until Cyclone Mechanical got involved. Between Ralf and Tony and the Amana Rep., approving not just the part but the whole outside unit, this monstrous job finally got completed . Definitely the best A/C repair company I've ever worked with. The guys are solid and trust worthy. They explain all the issues in layman terms and put a variety of options on the table for you with pros, cons, and pricing. Pricing is extremely fair, with most of the cost going to the parts themselves. They are very fast and excellent with communication. I will never consider another company again. Always Cyclone.

My A/C needed to be replaced after 14 years of service. This place was recommended by a family member. It's always difficult to find a business that is not trying to oversell you on more that what you need. The tech that came to my home for the estimate was professional and informative. He provided me with an estimate that was reasonable and only for what i asked for. The installation was completed same week and at my convenience. The techs were clean and quick with their installation which only took a couple of hours. The follow up customer service was amazing. I received a call after the installation to ask how satisfied I was with work and follow up calls to ensure the new unit was working to standard. Great job guys. I will most definitely use again.
