My dryer was taking three cycles to get a load of towels dry, which was extremely frustrating. Brandon performed a dryer vent cleaning and pulled out a massive amount of lint that was blocking the pipe. He also found a small bird's nest that was starting to form near the exit. He cleared it all out and made sure the airflow was strong before he left. Now my towels dry in just one cycle, and I’m saving so much time and energy. He was a very professional and friendly technician who did an amazing job.
