Constraction reviews in Miami, Florida

As the condominium representative for the renovation of our condominium pool deck and underground parking facility, I was involved from the beginning of the writing of the bid to its completion.

We sought to make this project a landmark, and Ryan and his team assembled a team of professionals to deliver just that. The entire project seemed like a dream come true for the hundreds of residents who witnessed the advice of naysayers who claimed the project could not be completed for the budget. The project was done on time and within budget, with more amenities than many thought could be achieved under difficult construction conditions. We would recommend Core for your structural restoration.

I cannot speak highly enough of Core Restoration for their exemplary work on our concrete restoration and 40 year re-certification project. From start to finish, their team demonstrated unmatched professionalism, expertise, and dedication to excellence.

Their attention to detail was evident from the initial consultation, where they took the time to thoroughly assess our needs and provide a clear plan of action. Throughout the projects, communication was seamless, with regular updates on progress and necessary adjustments promptly addressed.

Overall, Core Restoration exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Their commitment to quality was unwavering, and it shows in every detail of their work. Their in-depth knowledge ensured a smooth process, giving us peace of mind knowing that our property is complaint and up to code. I recommend Core to anyone in need of a top-notch GC.

Core Builder is a reputable and trusted resource for your 40 year recertification needs. They are honest, transparent, and bid the work properly to minimize change orders. They work with the best engineers in Miami and you can feel comfortable your structure is stabilized properly for future use.

I was introduced to Core builders when they were on a restoration job next to my condo on the Granada golf course in Coral Gables. I serve on the board of my 1960 condo tower and we were in need of the same. Ownership is very responsive and their team was clean and professional throughout the 18 month job. Balconies were redone, and some major surface cracks which we thought were nothing actually led to some major underlying issues. Great experience.

My building was bidding out work for concrete restoration and Core Builder came in very competitive with their pricing and did the work in the timeline they committed to and stayed within budget. They were extremely transparent with the condo board and association and always responded in a timely manner. I highly recommend them for 40 concrete recertification work. Ask for Ryan directly!

We hired them to help us complete our 40 year recertification. They completed all structural repairs without going over budget. Great communication, great execution. Any hurdles that came up, were discussed with us and solved appropriately. Very happy with their work. Highly recommend.
