Constraction reviews in Miami, Florida

I love the fact that this company is very effective and they give more than just construction, they innovate and provide amazing ideas, Roland made my original idea much better than I thought! Thank you for a job well done!!

We only recommend someone when we have the full trust and certainty of their quality and reliability, and with Roland and his team we have been always grateful for their top level services and amazing works! Highly recommendable

I contacted Miami Tile but no one answered. I left a message and a few hours later. I received a call back. He did not introduce himself . I kept saying hello then he stated he is from Miami Tile. I told him I was interested in getting my bathroom renovate. He told me he will send me a link when we hang up and I will have to select a date for the appointment. I told him thank you and I would look forward to the link. 6 hours pass no link. I text him and told him I never received the link. As soon as I sent the text in minutes I received the link. I set up the appointment for next week Tuesday. I took a day off from work. Tuesday came and no one showed up. I sent a text message no response. I sent email no response. It's now been 3 weeks still no call no response. This is so unprofessional. If they were unable to do the job be professional enough to say that. 🙄

We had two bathrooms to remodel and upgrade in our house and we're very satisfied with the outcome. They're great. We did our tub/shower 2mounts ago and we love it. Rooand and crew were awesome!!!

My shower had old and ugly tiles on walls and it wasn't easy to find out what I really want instead but Roland helped me to make the perfect decision and they did an amazing job for me. Thank you so much again! :)

Ronald is an amazing and easy gc to work with, we ended up delaying our project but we will definitely use Ronald when we decide to move forward.
Quick response, detailed estimate and amazing communication, highly recommended

Miami tile was a pleasure to work with and our bathroom remodel looks fantastic!
Extremely professional and beyond helpful. So glad we decided to go with them. Thank you

Miami tile did a great job renovating my bath room. Very professional and their tile work was amazing . Roland is always available and left the bathroom spotless.

Working with Miami Tile was great! They have an amazing work ethic and passion for their craft. If you’re looking for more than just “a tile installation” go with Miami Tile. They are artist before anything. Great company. Would hire them every time!

Nearly three years ago I sought out a contractor to remodel my bathroom which is in a condo. Multiple unreliable , ghosting , no follow up contractors came to my condo . All had excuses why the job was too difficult to execute in my building which has mountains of rules. Roland took on the challenge and did a great job turning my dreary bathroom into a lavish complement to my condo . This was praiseworthy but what follow was remarkable.

Two and half years later a few large tiles come apart from the wall . I stood in panic , realizing to get this fixed would be a herculean task. I called up Roland and 2 ½ years after he did the original work he picked up the phone on my first call . Within 24 hours he surveyed the problem , and within a few days sent work man to fix the problem . It was a job perfectly done . The cost to me, NOTHING. No charge. Roland stood by his work , never did he pause in doing the right thing .

Good skills are not common but skills coupled with honor and integrity is a unicorn in South Florida . This is a company that stands by its work. It is a company worth your highest consideration .

Miami Tile was a pleasure to work with. I've had different remodeling projects with them already. The remodeling of my bathrooms look fantastic!
Roland and his brother Frank were very professional, fast, reliable, and easy to work with. Highly recommended for any type of construction and remodeling needs.

After having 6 different companies give me quotes for installing tiles and baseboards in my apartment, none of them felt right. I decided to call one more company, Miami Tile & Renovation, and after meeting the owner I knew right away that this company was different and I knew I was going to hire them! I was very picky because I was limited on time so I was looking for someone reliable, on time and honest. I was renting a place so I only had 6 weeks to get the city permit and have the tiles installed and it was very stressful. Ive heard horror stories of contractors starting work and leave you in the middle to complete another job but this company is not like that! Roland has a whole team and they are reliable, on time, clean and they are working everyday. I loved that Roland was always available to answer any questions and he was very patient with me during the whole process. They did an amazing job with the tiles, they look exactly how I wanted and they are gorgeous! I was very lucky to find them and I already recommended them to all my friends!

Roland and his team are absolutely amazing, they helped me with a bathroom remodel and I could tell be happier. Great communication, punctuality and VERY good work quality. Highly recommend! Thank you Roland and team 🙏🏼🤙

If you're looking for professional and quality work, I recommend Miami Tile & Renovation. Roland and his team did a great job renovating my bathroom and kitchen. Will hire again for future projects.

We had hired Miami tile to remodeling our home. The project took 4 months to complete. We put new floors through the house, bath, kitchen and so on. The project manager was very responsive, the communication was very well. The work was absolutely what we expected. I can highly recommend them.

We had a great experience hiring MT Construction to remodel our house. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. Jeffrey was our main point of contact and project manager, and he was excellent, always responsive, organized, and easy to communicate with. The quality of the work met our expectations, and the whole process felt stress free. We would definitely recommend MT Construction to anyone considering a home remodel.

Mt construction delivered outstanding service on our recent project. Jeffrey, the project manager, was integral, ensuring everything ran smoothly and efficiently. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail are second to none. Highly recommend them for any luxury new build out

Builder Roland delivered our dream home with impeccable craftsmanship and attention to detail. They kept us informed throughout the process and completed the project on time. Their team's passion and dedication made building a joyous experience. We're proud of our energy-efficient and sustainable home. Highly recommended! 5 stars!

[Part 1]
Pleased to be writing a review of MT Construction and my experience working with them. They are an excellent team to work with. MT Construction renovated my floors, master bathroom and powder room, and installed 5 invisible doors – 1 bed + 1.5 baths, 789 sqft condo

Timeline •Mid Jul’23, quotation •End Aug’23, City of Miami approved plans •Sep’23, pulled permit •Mid Oct’23, demolition •Mid Nov’23, master bathroom complete •Dec’23, floor tiles complete (livingroom, bedroom, kitchen) •Mid Feb’24, powder complete •Mid Mar’24, invisible doors and drywall complete

5 months to complete the project accommodating all delays with my materials: tiles, custom floating vanities by Kavana, custom bathroom polished brass fixtures by Phylrich made in California, custom 5 invisible doors of which two were XL double doors 104” tall lead time of 15 weeks.

Roland’s quote was higher than other contractors, however I chose Roland. Roland is licensed while the other “GCs” call themselves GCs but they do NOT have their own license and use someone else’s. Yes, it is an actual thing in Miami so BEWARE! Roland’s quotation had detailed line items describing exactly the work in the project. When I had questions and asked him to readjust the line items he could quickly provide explanation and make the calculation adjustments on the spot and resend the estimate right away. Logical and simple enough right? No, other contractors cannot. They quotation is a one liner with no information and details and you will learn that it will take them days to readjust quotes because they are waiting on the person they are borrowing the license from. Lastly, there is an ‘aura’ about Roland that gives this sense of calmness and deep experience. Other contractors are busy trying to win your bid; they are snake oil salesman that your instincts feel on edge. With Roland, my business sense was calm and felt assured. If I can have logical discussions with a person, that is when I know we can do business together.

You can really tell the kind of person Roland is by the people who represent his business. His team are good genuine workers and they are skilled. Why? It’s not easy to build a team that is honest and skilled. Unfortunately in this field, it is just about getting the work done quickly and moving on to next projects, and more often than you know, they lie. MT is thorough; they will not simply move on. They want to do the job right. Their tilers appreciate a good vision for the reno project and good material; importantly, they have accountability to see a project finish through beautifully. The team understood my vision and the look I wanted to achieve with the bathroom. They calculated the tiles and cut them to the width of my bathtub. There is a math and art to what they did with my bathroom to keep the “peace” of the fengshui. They extended the wall behind my toilet so that it went right up to the bathtub, calculated and cut every tile piece to the length that would centralize the grout lines a certain way. Even my toilet had to be ever so slightly repositioned so that it was centered to the grout lines. I wanted a recessed lighting to be exactly aligned with the grout lines and they respected every single detail that I wanted to achieve. They held my polished brass bathroom fixtures and appreciated the quality of them and you could tell that they were keen to seeing the beautiful finished look of my bathroom. MT team never made me feel apologetic for being super neurotic with my requests. They respected all my requests, large or small, it didn’t matter. They did it all. They are good hard working guys who felt the same kind of passion that I had for my home as if it were theirs.

There is an MVP on the team and it is MT’s Project Manager, Jeffrey. Jeffrey is the ace of all spades and can come up with 3 or 4 solutions when a project doesn’t go right and wrinkles present themselves during the course of the work.

(due to character limitation, to be continued to part 2)

Just leaving some notes on the work Miami tile did for me. I had all 3 of my bathrooms refinished and also my kitchen. Amazing job I must say. Roland was great to work with. He was here daily checking in on the project and making sure everything was to as I wanted it to be. He understood the direction I wanted to take. And nailed it! His team of professionals shows in finished result. I couldn’t be happier. From start to finish. Amazing job again. Thank you.

Roland is one of the best GC we have ever known, very knowledgeable and willing to help. All of his workers are good and respectful people. The tile work we hired him for came out excellent and the cleanness while they were working impressive. I definitely recommend Miami Tile for any project. They answered the phone each time we called and educated us in the process. We are very happy customers.
