Constraction reviews in Miami, Florida

I had a pleasure to work with Miami Tile. I called them up for an estimate and it was scheduled for the next day when I met with Roland. He explained everything from start to the end. The proposal turn around was also pretty fast but price little higher what I expected, but worth it. Literally Roland and Jeff was available 24/7
The whole project took 4 mount full home remodeling with some change orders. The whole interior of the house. Roland is very up front I could ask pretty much anything.
I highly recommend to work with them, the whole cure was outstanding and humble.

I recently had Roland refresh our whole new house in Miami Shores. I wasn’t able to be in the state for the project and so I relied on him to show up and complete the work without direction. His team were great, the project was on budget and on time. They were clean and helpful and went above and beyond. The work is great and I highly recommend them.

After reviewing many general contractors in Miami, I wasn’t satisfied—until I spoke with Roland. His knowledge and honesty earned my trust. We did a new 1,800 sqft construction addition in Coral Gables, and while things don’t always go exactly as planned in construction, Roland kept his word every step of the way. I highly recommend him and his crew!!!

I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Roland, the owner of this incredible company, for years, and I can confidently say they are the best construction company around. Roland’s dedication to quality and customer satisfaction is unmatched. I’ve seen firsthand how much pride he takes in his work, ensuring every detail is perfect.

If you’re looking for a team that truly cares about delivering great quality work, this is the one to call. Whether it’s a big project or a small one, they treat every job with the same level of professionalism and care. Highly recommend!

We hired MT Construction best decisions we’ve made. Roland was our go-to guy and made everything super easy to understand (no contractor confusion!). The whole process felt smooth and stress-free, which is rare in construction. Once we signed everything moved like clockwork. The house turned out amazing. If you want a team that actually delivers and keeps it real, go with MT construction

For my taste the finishes are not rising to the premium that Roland charges and the time it took them to deliver the project. I understand each project brings certain challenges. The reason I contacted Roland was because I thought he could rise up to the challenge but I ended up feeling disappointed.

I’m taking parts of the work down and having it redone by someone more skilled. I’m sad about the money, stress and time I have invested in this project. Taking into account all the delays and the money I’ve spent I think I would have been better doing it with independent handymans.

I will not work with Roland anymore and I cannot recommend him, unfortunately.

My advice to Roland is: show more attention to detail, use people who have the required skills for the different tasks involved in a project, don’t try to use the same person for everything, perform regular quality inspections, don’t let the burden of checking for defects fall on the owner, be proactive not reactive and focus on quality! The timeline is not important if the work is exquisite!

We wholeheartedly recommend Roland, Nandi, and the entire team. Their professionalism, craftsmanship, and commitment to quality are truly next level.

We are absolutely obsessed with the finished product! Roland and his team transformed two small bathrooms, our master bath, and our kitchen—and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Roland offered helpful insights and thoughtful opinions on our plans, making the entire process smoother and more collaborative.

The vendors he works with are top-notch—every material and fixture was of impeccable quality. You can tell he carefully chooses partners who take pride in their craft, and it shows in every detail of the work.

Nandi, in particular, has an incredible eye for detail. He took on some extremely challenging tile work—uneven floors, imperfect walls—and somehow delivered a stunning, seamless finish that we still can’t stop admiring.

Roland is a fantastic communicator and made sure someone showed up every single day we were scheduled, which is a rarity in the renovation world. Even when items I had ordered (like chandeliers and fixtures) were delayed by months, he and his team came back promptly and took care of everything without hesitation.

If you’re looking for a team you can trust to deliver high-quality work, communicate clearly, and stand by their work even after the job is done—this is it.

Building a custom home is no small feat, but thanks to German and the incredible team at MT Construction Group, our dream house in Pinecrest became a reality! Over a year and a half, German managed every detail like a pro—juggling schedules, solving problems, and even calming us down when we panicked over tile samples.

He treated this project like it was his own home, and it showed in every aspect of the build. His dedication, humor, and “let’s get it done right” attitude kept us confident the whole way. Every beam, every wall, every tile—it’s all perfect, and it’s all thanks to German’s tireless effort.

If you want a team that builds with heart, humor, and precision, look no further. MT Construction and German, you’ve given us more than a house; you’ve given us a place to call home. Thank you!
