Great people to work with! Loved the fact that there they have a portal, which reflects the progress of the project, the scope of work , the estimate we agreed on and the payments due. Very professional team. Easy to work with . Completed each part as promised . There were no changes in the middle of the project in respect to what was initially discussed and agreed on . At the end, they succeeded my expectations with the final work . My apartment looks amazing and I’m beyond thankful for such an amazing experience . I 100% recommend them!

I called Nova to help me with an AC drain line leak in the garage, Tony came out to inspect the damages the same day and promptly sent an estimate for the repairs.

I am extremely pleased with my experience with Nova Construction. They disconnected my AC, removed the mold, rebuilt my return, and reconnected it all within a week!!!

Kudos and big thanks to all the great folks at Nova Construction. After discussing my office renovation plans with several contractors, their proposal not only made the most sense, but it was also priced right in the middle of all the proposals (which is what I like.... not the least, and not the most expensive). The suggestions that Doug made on how to get the most bang for my money went a long way... and now that it’s completed (ahead of schedule!!), I am absolutely thrilled. I would highly recommend them and will of course use them in the future as needs may arise.

Great Contracting company

We did a delivery service for them and found they run a smooth operation. The staff is well versed in their field.

my company is aaa steel division, Inc, we built a structure in the building located in miami beach nine Island aveniue to the company Critical path construction, and we have stolen the money, and do not want to pay for the work, the company Nelcon Constrution also they stopped paying him and today January / 21/2019 we came to see them to the work and his answer was, that we had to see the lawyers and if we were not going to call the police, CRITICAL PATH, they are thieves

This construction company has been renovating the building 9 Island Avenue in Miami Beach for the last 3 years - it was supposed to be finished by June 2018 and they are still not even close to finishing because they never paid their subcontractors and this is about to go to litigation so you can imagine how frustrating and aggravated everyone in the building is with this company. So no, I wouldn’t recommend at all because of their extreme tardiness, unprofessionalism and complete lack of responsibility and unreliability.

We appreciate your comments but would like to clarify. The 9 Island building in Miami Beach is a project that consisted of two phases, the first of which has been completed on time per the contract.
The second phase, which is currently partially TCO'd has been subject to over 20 revisions to the master permit plans and over 100 changes to the design of the project.
Continually changing the design and modifying the plans causes delays and changes to the construction schedules which in turn delays the completion of the project form the previously targeted date.

Poor work. Several issues during our project and still discovering issues years later (i.e. unfinished electrical work in our walls). Do not recommend hiring.
