I highly recommend ACE construction

We are commercial real estate brokers and property managers and we've been using ACE Construction for almost 20 years. They are excellent, trustworthy, and they know their stuff.

I called on Monday and was told a project staffer would call right back to schedule a time. No one called. I called back Wednesday and was told they had no record of my call from Monday, but someone would call. I called back Friday and was told that someone had called—they had not. I said no one had called and was told—within 60 seconds of being told someone had called—that no one would call for at least three months. I said we weren’t in a hurry for the actual work but just wanted advice and an estimate. The scheduler then said they were at least three months behind on even doing estimates. When I asked why I wasn’t told that on Monday or Wednesday or esrlier in the call Friday, I was told that there was no contradiction. I asked that a manager call me—and, guess what? Big surprise! No one called. What a waste of time and load of unprofessional misrepresentations.

Ace construction is one of the best in all miami I personally will say Florida. Cause Alan the owner and the team doesn't have any limitations.
