We hired MT Construction best decisions we’ve made. Roland was our go-to guy and made everything super easy to understand (no contractor confusion!). The whole process felt smooth and stress-free, which is rare in construction. Once we signed everything moved like clockwork. The house turned out amazing. If you want a team that actually delivers and keeps it real, go with MT construction

For my taste the finishes are not rising to the premium that Roland charges and the time it took them to deliver the project. I understand each project brings certain challenges. The reason I contacted Roland was because I thought he could rise up to the challenge but I ended up feeling disappointed.

I’m taking parts of the work down and having it redone by someone more skilled. I’m sad about the money, stress and time I have invested in this project. Taking into account all the delays and the money I’ve spent I think I would have been better doing it with independent handymans.

I will not work with Roland anymore and I cannot recommend him, unfortunately.

My advice to Roland is: show more attention to detail, use people who have the required skills for the different tasks involved in a project, don’t try to use the same person for everything, perform regular quality inspections, don’t let the burden of checking for defects fall on the owner, be proactive not reactive and focus on quality! The timeline is not important if the work is exquisite!

Even when items I had ordered (like chandeliers and fixtures) were delayed by months, he and his team came back promptly and took care of everything without hesitation.

If you’re looking for a team you can trust to deliver high-quality work, communicate clearly, and stand by their work even after the job is done—this is it.

Building a custom home is no small feat, but thanks to German and the incredible team at MT Construction Group, our dream house in Pinecrest became a reality!
