I’m very impressed with the work this team did on our concrete restoration and waterproofing. We had some significant issues that were becoming a major concern, but they handled the repairs thoroughly and professionally.

I contacted Miami Tile but no one answered. I left a message and a few hours later. I received a call back. He did not introduce himself . I kept saying hello then he stated he is from Miami Tile. I told him I was interested in getting my bathroom renovate. He told me he will send me a link when we hang up and I will have to select a date for the appointment. I told him thank you and I would look forward to the link. 6 hours pass no link. I text him and told him I never received the link. As soon as I sent the text in minutes I received the link. I set up the appointment for next week Tuesday. I took a day off from work. Tuesday came and no one showed up. I sent a text message no response. I sent email no response. It's now been 3 weeks still no call no response. This is so unprofessional. If they were unable to do the job be professional enough to say that. 🙄

We had two bathrooms to remodel and upgrade in our house and we're very satisfied with the outcome. They're great. We did our tub/shower 2mounts ago and we love it. Rooand and crew were awesome!!!

My shower had old and ugly tiles on walls and it wasn't easy to find out what I really want instead but Roland helped me to make the perfect decision and they did an amazing job for me. Thank you so much again! :)

Ronald is an amazing and easy gc to work with, we ended up delaying our project but we will definitely use Ronald when we decide to move forward.
