I needed to understand the ins and outs surrounding a change of contractor for my property after getting defrauded on the renovation 10 days before my closing (place is being sold). Robb took over an hour to walk me through my situation and teach me everything there is to know about switching contractors, regardless of my plans to hire him. He told me:
-What my legal liabilities and my rights are
-What the process is surrounding administrative wrap-up with various city/county permits
-How and when to submit a complaint against my prior GC, along with what violations are reportable
-What the full inspections process is, including insider details that my GC never bothered to disclose while she was busy sabotaging this project
-A step-by-step plan of action for how to get everything done so that I can get my final CO issued and my sale finalized.

I hired RRR General Contractor to address seven property Ecological violations related to work that had been completed without the required permits on my home.

The scope of work was extensive and very detailed. It included preparing all plans, documents, and drawings necessary to remedy the violations recorded with the Miami-Dade County Clerk of the Courts.
