The workers were very professional and did a great job. Glad I can finally use my garage again. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to get a garage deep cleaned and organized.

Paid company, scheduled appointment and they never showed up. Refused to issue a refund after several failed attempts to reschedule. Solomon, manager, insisted that I contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. He them told my credit card company that his company provided the requested service. This is not an honest business! When I contacted him 2 years later, he agreed to allow me to apply my original payment to a more expensive service, and of course that the difference needed to be paid in advance. When he saw this negative review, he then refused to do that. Terrible business owner. Shouldn't be working in a service business. If anyone still wants to risk it, pay through a company like Living Social or Groupon so you can get your money back when they fail to deliver.

I have to give Solomon and crew and huge kudos! They arrived on time, worked side by side with me on clearing out unwanted items and breaking them down into categories easy for me to handle from here!
If you are overwhelmed and need a helping hand to help you and give you clarity this is a great service and they were gone in under two hours!

My garage was full of stuff! Old boxes, holiday decorations, clothing, tapes, cassettes, broken things, old luggage and much more that needed to be removed. The guys from WeCleanGarages came in and did an excellent job removing , cleaning and helping to purge my unwanted items. They were very courteous and showed compassion for my things. I felt comfortable with them handling many of my sentimental & valued possessions. I want to thank Brandon for his concern that everything be exactly like I wanted it.
I will definitely recommend this company to friends and anyone needing a garage reorganization. Thank you!

Fantastic, prompt, courteous, professional work that I highly recommend. I needed my garage to go from cluttered disaster to spotless for a house showing I had with little notice. Solomon went above and beyond to get the job done!

Had an excellent experience with Naeem and his partner. Punctual, organized, hard-working and very pleasant to deal with. They worked in 100 degrees and cleaned and organized everything to perfection. Naeem even tried to scrap old spilled paint from the floor without me asking. If you are looking to clean up your Garage, look no further.

I recommend you never do business with this company. Many people have paid them money and they never did the work they were paid to do. Groupon sold folks coupons to have work done by this company, and then returned customers' money when this company never did that work, after months and months of trying to get it done. Here's a(nother) note I just wrote to them when they requested my feedback:

Since you never came and cleaned my garage, you could give me my money back. That would be a good start. You owe me about $160 that I paid to you a year or two ago and you never returned to me after I requested it several times even though you have never come to clean my garage - made several appointments and never showed up for any of them, and then stopped even making appointments. Or maybe you could just at least return my phone calls or emails, that would at least be a respectful thing to do ... but maybe you have no respect for others? That's certainly how it seems. I've been doing business with others for over fifty years, and this has been by far the worst business experience - the worst I have been treated - ever.

After I posted my comments above, I see that the company repeatedly responds to each comment with a link to "balanced reviews". What this obviously means is hand-picked reviews that they have posted with only a few slightly negative comments included. Since every review here is totally negative, the ones they have included at the link are very clearly not "balanced".

And now I see that the owner has decided to respond and negate my comments. Interesting that after literally dozens of attempts to call and email them, this is the first response. And he's still not talking to me, he's talking to you.

Simon: If you are serious about what you say below, the please contact me. You should be able to write to me at this address. I did get my money back from Groupon for the ticket I purchased that you never honored. However, I had also paid an additional $160 directly to your company for upgrades to that Groupon deal. And no one from your company has every done any work for me, in spite of several appointments, which you never kept. And no one from your company has responded to my many emails and phone calls. And yes, I waited two years before I finally decided to write a review of your company - that's how long I kept trying to get you to fulfill your obligations. So rather than proving how unfair I am, that actually proves how patient I am.

So Simon: Here's a deal I'll offer you - refund my money (or better yet, come and do the work that you agreed to do! My garage is a mess again.) and I will GLADLY modify this review to reflect your response. Wouldn't that be great advertising? The ball is in your court ...

We scheduled a garage cleaning and provided the desired photos. A date and time was picked and payment was given. A week prior to the cleaning we received notice an email and phone call canceling the cleaning and stating we needed to contact for reschedule.

We have been unable to contact the company since. We have emailed Solomon Petersen (Sales and Customer Service Manager) as well as Damon Peele (Operations Manager) with no response. Every attempt to call the numbers listed goes to voicemail with no return call.

Best we can tell this is a scam.

The company initially had to reschedule but I don't hold that against them. As someone in a similar industry I understand how unpredictable the schedule can be. When they did make it out, they did a fabulous job cleaning and organizing my garage. I went from having a garage that you couldn't even walk through to a functional organized one that I can park my car in. What more could I ask for?

Excellent job! Highly recommend:) I’m a teacher and mom, so I had big plans to clean out my garage this summer…but I got a neck injury in early June and on top of the stress of that…I was so bummed that my garage was going to sit and gather more clutter. I looked up companies to see what I can find and I’m SO GLAD I PICKED WECLEANGARAGES.COM!!! Solomon and Penny helped get the job done and were friendly, professional and patient with us! My garage no longer gives me a sense of anxiety when I go in there because I know where everything is now! I can easily get ready for the next school year, have organized all our holiday decorations and our garage even smells clean!

UPDATE: June 21, 2022 still no refund, still no response from SOLOMON. Was told on April 14, 2022 I would receive my refund in 30 days and still nothing. This is terrible that they make you pay upfront then don’t refund if they continuously cancel and don’t show up. Many reviews are saying the same thing that I am saying. They say pay via Zelle or Venmo for get a discount (I WONDER WHY!), that’s how they get you to pay upfront.

They’ll make you pay and then not show up. Canceled on me 3 times then tell me wait 30 days for a refund. Do not hire this scam likely company.

UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO THEIR REPLY:
you guys run your business through texts and calls so how is it possible that I would have an "order number"? you guys do not give order numbers and you know that! business tip: you guys' responses to upset customers looks very petty and unprofessional. it is not an allegation it is factual and you guys know it. it is literally all over your reviews!

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience. Now reading some reviews, it appears that others may have had a similar experience.

We paid extra and in advance for the "priority" service, one that is supposed to occur within a short window of time (1-2 weeks). Radio silence for about a week until we reached out, only to be told that the service would not occur for another two weeks after the latest of the timeframe of the priority service, without any acknowledgment that we paid extra and that the service was way beyond what would work for us.

Then we couldn't get our money back and are still waiting.
We're being told that the refund policy is 30 days... but it was not a refund request, it was the service could not be provided as agreed/paid.

There were some warning signs too: the same person on the answering machine voice recording also answers the phone when you call, who's the same person that emails you and tells you that they can't give your money back for 30 days referencing the refund policy of their "accounting department".

We feel forced to dispute the charge now and waste more time worried that this is scam, certainly seems that way knowing that a refund can be processed in an instant online, for an order placed online.

If we do get the money back from this business and not our credit card company after having to process a claim, what's being done with the money during the "30 day refund policy"? And how many other people's money is hung up for 30 days by this business for services promised, but unable to fulfil?

Solomon and his team at WeCleanGarages were absolutely amazing. My garage has not looked better since the day I moved in 25 years ago. And it was a lot of work. A big mess. Zero complaints from them and they knocked it out. Great people that I highly recommend!!

They did a great job as advertised. Very professional. The roof on my garage had been replaced and there was debris and dirt all over. They emptied the garage and cleaned thoroughly and then cleaned everything before putting back things in an orderly way. I was very happy with their service and would use them again.

This company failed to show-up to provide the services paid for.

I originally contact the We Clean Garages via their website to determine if they serviced my location. I received and email reply that they did service my area and to use their website to purchase a cleaning. I did purchase a cleaning package and provided four possible service dates. After four days without a confirmation of date, I emailed the company and inquired about a service date. I received a scheduled date 30 days in the future. Four dates before my schedule appointment I receive and email stating that they needed to reschedule my appointment; no reason for the reschedule was given. I after several email exchanges, I had to remind the company I already had paid, and I received another scheduled appointment. This new appointment date was 60 days from when I originally paid and 30 days past my first appointment. On the date of my scheduled appointment, I did not receive a confirmation phone call, per the invoice I was to be called with an ETA, nor did anyone show up. 30 minutes after the scheduled window for the cleaning team to arrive, I started calling the company and emailing. I have not received a response reference my order. I have received several phone calls and emails trying to sell me a cleaning.

I have found on line reviews were other customers in my area also did not receive services paid for. After much research, I can find no indications that We Clean Garages is license to work in my state.

So I was so excited about getting a crew to help with my mom garage that hasn’t been cleaned in years. I bought the diamond package knowing that it was a lot of work that was needed and I was willing to purchase more hours if needed. Sad to say I was extremely disappointed in the service. The crew arrived 30 mins late which was a sign for me that things weren’t going to go as plan. There was 2 men and a woman who arrived and I must say the crew was extremely polite and respectful but outside that the experience was horrible. I informed the crew what I needed done. I wanted to remove as much stuff outside the garage clean it up and pack as much items in boxes so I can load them on to a truck . So that meant less items they had to organize back into the the garage. I left to pick up supplies and when I can back to my amazement the garage was empty they removed everything into the driveway. I informed them to put every item that can fit into a box into a box and to tape and leave for us to load on truck. After the removal the crew got extremely lazy the lack of coordination or any organization was lost. I had to get my little brother and his friend and a relative to help us complete the job. For the price I paid for this service I extremely disappointed. I worked harder than any of the workers who came. I was drenched in sweat for a service I shouldn’t be doing anything in. It was a complete waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend their service to my enemy. I wish I could get a refund but I know that’s not going to happen. But thanks for nothing the crew was nice but couldn’t take direction or follow through on things. I also Ed tipped them each fifty bucks because I know how hard it is out here. Owner needs to step it up this type of service is not want customers want.

I hired them to clean my garage. They wanted payment upfront. I paid (dumb, I know). They set appointment 3 weeks out. Day before appointment and they cancel and want to reschedule 3 more weeks out. I said no, I couldn't wait that long. That it was too far out and asked to refund my money. They never responded. I contacted PayPal for refund and they have ignored PayPal. Scam. $199 for nothing.

Excellent Service, timely and thorough! Our garage was left clean and organized. Solomon and team were extremely professional and offered excellent customer service. Would definitely call on them again. Highly recommend them! Thank you!

What worked: The garage was spotless and smelled wonderful. On time as given. Very professional and courteous. Did remove items as told and discussed.

3.5 Stars for reorganizing.
Not much reorganization was done as described over the phone. Didn’t really offer any suggestions towards improving / organizing items as described. Basically, they didn’t organize anything!!
My spouse had most things already categorized, but it was cluttered and thought they would unclutter it. Also, was suppose to be there at least 4.5 hours and done in 2 hours (2 car garage).

Update 12/15/22: still waiting for a refund… don’t prepay this company!

Update 07/28/22: I am still waiting for a refund… there’s no response from the company.

Update 05/25/22: I still have not received my refund, they responded when I posted this review saying I’ll receive my refund in 30days and that was in March. They requested a payment through Venmo or zelle and are now telling me to dispute the charges with my credit card company. How can I dispute it when it was never paid by a credit card.

I scheduled service with Solomon back in December for garage cleaning. They gave me a date for the service which was Jan 20th, on the 19th I messaged them to find out if they are coming and I was told unfortunately they have to reschedule due to staffing and weather situation. Rescheduled to Feb 8th and they canceled that appointment as well and said I would get a refund. I still have not received a refund, I paid for the service back in December. I have msged and called asking for them to either provide the service or refund and have not been responded to. If you use their service don’t pay at the time of booking which they try to get you to do by charging extra on the day of service.

We clean garages did a great job with turning my garage into an actual garage again. The process from start to finish was much quicker and easier than I expected. I never write any reviews on my end but they did an amazing job and the results exceeded my expectations.
