We just want to thank Naeem and I believe her name was Michelle ( sorry if that's wrong) for the excellent job they did on cleaning and organizing the mess of a garage we had. They worked non stop and went above and beyond what they had to. Thank you again for the awesome job! We would recommend them to anyone. They were extremely professional and do their job very well.

If you are reading this prior to employing their services DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! If you have already started the process and given them your money, good luck on getting the service or your money back.

I reached out to Solomon on March 19 to clean my garage. What they claimed to offer sounded amazing. Before i actually pulled the trigger I hesitated because they either required the money up front or they would add an additional 25% on to the bill when they came out. I negotiated half up front and half once the job was done since I never worked with this company before. They said they took Zelle and Venmo for the initial payment and cash or check for the remainder.
Solomon was very communicative prior to my sending the money. Once i sent it, a day or so later i recieved an email to confirm either the first or 3rd of April. I confirmed that either one was perfect. I heard nothing back from him. The 31st of March came, I emailed asking when they will be coming out. He said we'll we have the 9th available. Imagine my shock since I had already confirmed the 1st. I even had paid extra to be moved up in line. Since then I have been trying to get my $599 back with very little communication from them. Once I asked for my money back, all of a sudden this 30 day return policy came into play, but I was promised it would be expedited.
Why would they need to keep your money that you zelled them for 30 days? Is it in an interest bearing account or something?

After having read the reviews of the countless other people that have been put through the same stress as myself, I now realize I should have read them before sending them my hard earned money.
I can't believe that a company could in good conscience do this to people. I am sickened by the whole situation and plan to do everything in my power to get my money back and also stop people from having to go through this.

Solomon and his team were awesome! My garage was a huge mess. It was unorganized, hazardous and depressing to look at. They were able to transform my garage in just a few hours to a clean, and organized space. Now I can finally park my car in the garage. My neighbor saw the finished product and commented on how nice it looks. In fact he said "I have garage envy." I highly recommend "We Clean Garages."

**FRAUD** Stay far away. We paid $299 to reserve a garage cleanout time. The day of our appointment came, with a window from 10 am - 1 pm. Didn't hear a single thing from anyone, even though we called both Solomon, the owner, and Damon, the office manager, as the appointment window was closing.
It wasn't until 2:30 pm when Damon called to say that the crew had been in an "accident", which unfortunately they still have not been able to provide any documentation of.
I talked to Solomon the next day, and he said that they would issue a refund, but couldn't provide me confirmation of when the refund would be issued. We agreed to speak in one week, but once again, I've not heard anything from anyone even though I've called and left messages on all of their listed numbers.
At this point, we ended up paying $299 to clean out our own garage. I'm now in the process of disputing the charge via our credit card company. Honestly at this point, even if we were to get our money back from WeCleanGarages, we DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. What a headache and a hassle.

Edit: I am sharing this review to warn other customers that might end up wasting time and money, as we have. I really wanted to believe in this company, wanted to support a small business, and gave the benefit of the doubt at every turn. The owner, Solomon, very quickly called & texted me *AFTER* I left this review. I look forward to receiving the refund which is fairly owed to us, since we have essentially paid $299 to a company that did not show up for the job, and did not find it important to communicate. I wish the company the best in improving their services.

I will also happily and fairly revise my review if the company can provide documentation of the accident happening between 10 am-1pm, that the $299 refund was processed before the time I submitted the review, and documentation of any terms of service that I agreed to saying that a refund would be processed in 30 days.

Nahim and Michele did an excellent job in cleaning and organizing my very overwhelmingly disorganized garage. They showed up early, where professional, had great organizational suggestions and followed my instructions so that I would be happy with the work. The garage is sparkling and smelling great. I had the Diamon package which included the wash and it was worth every penny. The whole service was reasonably priced for my needs. They even moved my refrigerators and reorganized my garage pantry. Thank you again!

My credit card was charged to secure the appointment after I requested it not to be taken until after the service was performed. No service was rendered and no refund was ever given. I was promised a refund by Solomon. He never refunded my money. That was in 2014. It is 2018. No one will return my emails and/or phone calls.

We Clean Garages is a dishonest and distrust worthy company. My funds were taken against my will and never returned.

Do not give your credit card information to this company. They charge you for the service and then hey do not perform the service.

We Clean Garages is not worthy of one star.
I was forced to select one star to advance to he next screen.

This company has scammed me. I paid $300 over three months ago. They canceled on me multiple times and the last time they canceled completely. I was told I would get a refund before December 9th and still no return. I have been calling and calling with no answer. I have texted one of the guys with not response and Solomon Petersen National Sales Manager responds with I will look into it. I am beyond frustrated at this point and would like my money back. I don't want to have to take action but I will if it comes down to it. Do not waste your money on this company. It's a fraud. One star is being generous at this point.

1/16/24 Update: Still no refund. They place is a joke. Do not prepay them.

So worth it! Solomon is great with communication and trying to get the service scheduled for my availability. Jeffery was spot on time and did a fantastic job! It was 95 degrees, felt like 195, and he worked HARD for 3+ hours! So happy with the result and will absolutely it again (when it's cooler!)

We just had the 'silver' cleaning service with a floor power wash done on our garage today. The guys showed up on time, and did a great job! The garage is clean and fresh and everything is way more organized than how it started out - they even found some hooks that I didn't think to use in our existing pegboard wall to organize items off the floor. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend their service! Great job!

**FRAUD ALERT** I have been trying to get a refund of my $359.00 for over 2 months! They never cleaned my garage due to their scheduling issues, so I cancelled the service back in May. Solomon stated he would process a full refund. On May 27, 2021, he emailed me stating he had expedited my refund and I would receive it within 14 days. Obviously he did not process the refund as he stated. It is now July 8, 2021 and still no refund!!! Now Solomon has told me to contact my credit card company and have them process a chargeback to my account. I have started that process, although my bank has said it with take up to 60 days. So….Solomon basically has my money another 2 months. Shameful. I would never recommend this business to anyone! I gave Solomon ample time and opportunity before I resorted to writing a review and filing a complaint with the FL Attorney General and the FTC. I requested Solomon mail me a check since he can’t figure out how to credit my account. It’s not like he didn’t get paid…. He’s had my money since May 5, 2021. He should not be allowed to accept payment upfront if he cannot meet his obligations. Sadly, I am not the only one trying to get my money back for work he did not do. What a horrible experience.

Initially, we encountered a scheduling challenge that left me feeling a bit apprehensive. However, once the scheduling was resolved, I was genuinely impressed. Their punctuality and exceptional performance exceeded my expectations. Thanks to their efforts, my garage is now not only clean but also spacious enough to comfortably accommodate two cars with room to spare.

Solomon is great! He calculated accurately how much time the garage organisation project would take. I showed him the layout of how we wanted to organize and got it all done efficiently! Thank you Solomon!

TERRIBLE. I called and asked if my area was covered. An agent named Solomon said yes and explained what sounded like a great service. I booked in the summer. One day prior, it was canceled. I asked whether it was canceled for good or just that day. He said they could still do it. I asked to reschedule and noted that I needed to be assured that the second appointment would not be canceled last minute. Well, guess what? It was. He cancelled an appointment that was supposed to be Friday on late Thursday afternoon. These two extremely last-minute cancellations cost me time and money in the form of lost work since I took work off both times to be there for the cleaners. This is the worst business I've encountered.

I have never wrote a review but I want everyone to know this is not the company to do business with. Any of the previous reviews you read about rescheduling and refunds not being received are all true. I'm coming to the understanding they have 4.0 star reviews because maybe 2 years ago they actually did service their customers but not anymore. I was "rescheduled" twice(very inconvenient with you planning your day around this appointment). I was told I'll receive a refund in 7 days then 14 days then 30 days to the point I had to dispute the charge. I guess Solomon looks at because he responds to you that gives the company 5stars but it doesn't, the service is a big part of the reviews. When I asked Solomon why is it taken so long to process a refund he says thats just how it processes (this was the first time I asked). The second time I asked and he says I see you requested the refund so you will have it(this is me disputing the charge but still messaging Solomon for better understanding of why I have to do all this). Once the charge was reversed do you know this company reopens the claims somehow and get the money back‼️ So I have to go back to dispute, cancel my card due to fraud all because of this grimmy company. I hate I ever went through them to went through all this financial headache. PLEASE don't bother your time with this company 🙏🏽 This is coming from someone who never writes reviews but don't want ANYONE to go through this‼️

I've used this company to clean my garage and it was EXCELLENT!!!!! They took everything out, cleaned all the inside and the put everything back inside in order.. THE BEST..!!!

I had a great experience working with the local Michigan team. Pricing was fair, work done was excellent and they were able to come next day! Highly recommend for tough garage clean outs!

We had two great cleanings that were easy to schedule. I pay for a yearly subscription, and the company has ghosted me on the third cleaning. (I have tried to reach them via email and phone.) I feel as though I am being scammed and am flabbergasted at how poor the customer service has been.

I would highly advise avoiding this company if you don't want a headache and lost funds.

TWO CANCELLATIONS AND FIGHTING FOR A REFUND. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I paid for a Diamond level service on 1-29-25 via Amazon Pay and although the initial communication was sketchy they did send me a few dates to choose from. None of those dates was within the time frame advertised but I selected one none the less. After that I received some instructions however as the day neared I did not believe that the service was locked in. I reached out several times and finally heard back that they would need to move my date to two months in the future due to the bad weather on the east coast....my garage is in sunny Southern California on the west coast. I cancelled the service and requested a refund and was sent a copy of the refund policy which allows them 30 days. I waited the 30 days and I have not received a refund. I have written and called but radio silence from Solomon or anyone else. I have just filed a fraud claim with my bank as well as with Amazon. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I can't believe this is my garage. I can see the floor again. We moved to FL in August and have had no time to organize the garage. I thought I wonder if there is a business that can help me? This company is very professional. They are easy to get a hold of and communicate by email, phone and text. You are never in doubt. We had three hard worked who were easy to work with and really knew how to puts things in the right place. Very professional and we highly recommend them o anyone with lots of stuff. I can now park in my garage.it feels like I just had a new room built!

I found the business on the internet. It took a minute for us to coordinate the cleaning. Even after the arrival of the crew, I was still hesitant. However, Naeem and Michele were pleasant and professional. I was so pleased with their work and work ethic that I have been telling everyone about the service.

The before and afters of my garage is night and day. The cleaning and decluttering of the area was a lifted burden.

I would like to say thank-you to We clean Garages for their outstanding work . I was reluctant in using them based on the reviews on yelp. I initially told Mr. Solomon that I would pay upfront , but changed my mind based on the yelp reviews . I called him and let him know I would be changing my mind , because of the yelp reviews , and he told me that I could pay COD and assured me him and his company were nothing but professional and continued to thank me for my business . So with that , I and my husband decided to use him. He immediately scheduled us , and his crew showed up on the scheduled day and on time . They were courteous, professional and completed the job in a timely fashion. My husband was impressed with the outstanding job they did on the garage and couldn’t believe how clean they got it !!! . My garage hasn’t looked like this in years . I am absolutely glad we decided to use this company . Thanks again to Mr. Solomon and his staff !!!!
