Mike was wonderful. My couch was covered in stains from my own attempts to clean it, so I got it cleaned this morning. He was professional, punctual, efficient and thorough and he even gave me some cleaning tips for the future. He did everything in less than an hour. I would recommend Mike and S&Y Upholstery Cleaning INC to other friends and will definitely call S&Y Upholstery Cleaning INC again in the future.

S&Y Upholstery Cleaning INC is incredibly professional, pleasant to work with, prompt and easy to plan and communicate with! After six months of owning a puppy, our couch was in desperate need of cleaning. They cleaned our couch with great care and attention to detail. After they were done, our couch looked brand new. S&Y Upholstery Cleaning INC also uses chemical-free cleaners, so we can be confident that their methods are both ecologically safe and effective. I strongly recommend!

The First Gentleman that came to my house was very nice and informative and he sent me a worker to clean my window. He was not friendly and I tried to talk to him about the service and it seems like I was bothering him. Did not like his attitude toward me and my husband. Maybe next service I will get someone with a better attitude.

They did a fantastic job on my windows. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their windows cleaned. The whole staff from top to bottom is A+. Definitely consider them when needing window cleaning.

We just had our house windows cleaned by this company. Benjamin, one of the co-founders came by as his people were working in the neighborhood and we agreed to have them do an estimate. It was very reasonable and he arranged for the work to begin the next day. Ruben was their technician who had a very fine eye for detail and did a great job. Our window frames and garage door look like new. I would definitely recommend them and also wanted to mention the other founding partner, Thomas, came by at the end to ensure we were pleased. Nice to see the partners involved in the day to day. Apparently they also do pressure cleaning (without any harmful chemicals to minimize damage to the environment and vegetation) and we may use them for that at some point in the future. Very, very satsifed.

The guy did a great job! He even removed a weed that was growing in my tile. Great job!

OMG such a great service from start to finish was a great experience!! Starting with the sales rep to the cleaner it was great. We need sunglasses inside our house since windows are so bright and clean. You'll thank yourself you hire them to do your windows.

Prompt response to inquiry. On time. Very reasonable pricing! Clean windows, hurrah! The salesman was knowledgeable and personable. The tech was neat. He opened all the screens to get the windows cleaned on the outside. Then he went around and made sure they were all closed and locked. The entire experience was great! Highly recommend!!

Sorry but you did a poor job. No ladder, having to climb up on exterior sills! Did not use soap? Brush did not clean corners, asked them to clean all the "missed" areas they then did it by hand with steel wool, it removed some but the windows and doors are nowhere near clean or done right. There are approx. 15 opening one man was here for maybe 2 hours... did not dry the windows so they will have water spots, was not a through job by any means. I paid them $255.00 so i did not have to argue with the young man that did not speak much English. My time is needed to work at my job not argue with street door to door solicitors. We tried but they failed. Would not recommend them. i would guess as a Contractor if I had my men do this it would take two men most all day to do this correctly with cleaning chemicals, rages, brushes, squeegees, razor blades, and "ELBOW GREASE"....NOT TWO HOURS for 17 openings and no ladders! If you want a better review make an appointment to return and do it the RIGHT WAY, NOT THE MIAMI WAY!

I wish I had taken before and after photos! Tony did an amazing job and ensured a complete walk-around was conducted. Price was more than fare and I recommend this business to anyone looking for window cleaning services!

Decent service and decent price. Dirt was cleaned off of caulking around windows, some stains remained. Kinda figured that would happen but initial meeting had me thinking that would be taken care of. I asked the worker about it after and he confirmed that they were stained. Anyway, later on that day I went out with a sponge to see if they could be cleaned and yes, when you work at those spots with some elbow grease the do get a lot cleaner. Long story short, they wash the windows and clean off the sills with a powered brush (not a pressure washer), so that's good. On the other hand, difficult areas might not get the attention that they need and some windows may end up with dried drip marks. Not a bad service, just not an exemplary one.

Excellent service. Eli gave me a fair price. The employee who came to my home did meticulous work (Sorry I forgot his name). What a rarity in this town. Show up as promised and over achieve.

Optimity did a great job with our windows. Alex was very thorough and careful with removing and reinstalling screens. This isn't the run of the mill pressure cleaning of windows. Much better system. Will definitely be using them again.

Arrived on time with a call from the Tech to let us know he was on the way. Tech arrived announced himself and got right to work on 52 windows and even cleaned the glass on our front doors and the surrounding walls next to front doors. I asked the owner to send his certificate of insurance before they could commence work and it was emailed immediately no questions asked which in Miami is a must and usually a rarity. The owner is a young man with Integrity and Pride he has old school values for a young ambitious entrepreneur. Will 100% use Optimity Window Cleaning again.

Alex did an amazing job in cleaning our windows. He was thorough and very detailed. Was also very careful with all our plants. Very pleased with the outcome. The group is very professional. I would highly recommend them.
