They were working in our neighborhood and Benjamin came by to offer us a free estimate. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Appointment was set for the next day, Vlad the service tech came the next day and he did an amazing job. Highly recommend!

Optimity window cleaning provided excellent service, they made an appointment with me and arrived on time. They did an excellent job cleaning all the windows on my house. Vlad was very professional and friendly.

I was skeptical since they came door to door to get business. I took a risk 1 year ago and was 100% satisfied. They really are conscientious and pay attention to detail . This past weekend was my 1 year anniversary and of course I hired them again .

Benjamin from Optimity rang our doorbell on Monday offering exterior window cleaning services. He gave me his company name and phone number. Checked it out online and called back the next day. A wonderful young man named Vlad arrived at the house on time today and did an excellent job with Optimity’s cleaning system on all the exterior windows of the house. He graciously moved patio furniture and returned all of it to their proper place once he finished. Activity is lucky to have such a gracious hard worker in Vlad. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs their exterior windows cleaned. We are a one story house, thank you Optivity.

Had been wanting to do this cause we have a 2 story home, so when the young man came by offering a deal cause they were in the neighborhood, I jumped at the offer. My husband on the other hand, wasn’t sold on the idea, but agreed to it. Following day another gentleman came out (in the rain) and proceeded to clean in the rain. Due to rain, I really couldn’t go outside to check windows, but I saw him cleaning them and was in and out the rooms as he washed them, so I had no reason to think otherwise. He came to the door and advised he was done, I paid him and he left.

When we checked on the window and the frames from the backyard a few days later, I was so disappointed. Windows on the 2nd story were untouched. We were left quite disappointed!

After our initial review, Thomas reached out, and after discussing, we agreed to give him the opportunity to make it right. Another appointment was made.

Gentleman arrived promptly and pretty much rewashed the windows including all the upstairs ones. They look great and we were left very happy. I rated them a 4 stars just because they had to come by twice to do the job, but I would recommend them!

We were recommended Optimity Window Cleaning by a close long-time friend and neighbor. The service professional arrived on time, meticulously and safely cleaned my impact windows and framing using a really neat cleaning device, and completed the job for a reasonable price and to my compete satisfaction. They were careful while removing and re-installing the screens, which are quite fragile and easily damaged. I thereafter referred them to my father-in law to bid on his impact windows and doors as he was interested following observing our services being performed. I would certainly repeat business. Optimity did an amazing job cleaning my windows. I hadn’t had it done in 9 years and a few of my windows had terrible water stains from the sprinklers. They were available quickly and communicated with me through the entire process. Pricing was great and they use purified water and steam so you don’t have to worry about your plants or pets. I will use them again and not wait so long next time.

These young cats are ready to clean your windows. Partner and front man Eli sold me on the service while explaining what would and what would not be cleaned. Make sure you know exactly what they are providing so you won't be disappointed later.

One of the technicians, Vlad, showed up at my door
15 minutes prior to our agreed upon appointment time. His punctuality was a welcomed surprise. I forgot for a moment that I was living in Miami.

Two and a half hours later he declared himself finished. After reviewing his work, I pointed out some spots which I thought needed more attention: window frame corners. He revisited all the windows again and cleaned the corners more intensely. There were some spots on my window frames (not my windows) that could not be completely cleaned and might perhaps require a pressure washer, a special descaling cleaner, or special tools to make them look like new again.

Vlad later pointed out that some of the scaling or staining on the window frames could not be removed with the Windex and cloth he was using. Again, I imagine a special descaling chemical of some sort might be needed.

Also, Optimity does not clean the weep holes in your window frames, so you might want to clean those out before you call for an appointment.

Nor does Optimity bring a shop-vac with them to vacuum out crevices and grooves within the window frames. Vlad did clean them the best he could though with his rags and crevice tool.

Additionally, Optimity will not be able to clean away any mold that might have infiltrated the caulking around your window frames. I don't know what to do about that.

My exterior window frames had not been cleaned for quite a while prior to the arrival of Optimity, so it's my fault that they will require additional specialized cleaning. General maintenance of all things, including windows, is a good thing.

Also keep in mind that Optimity will not be pressure washing your windows - which is also a good thing. The last company that pressure washed my house managed to remove some of the paint from my window frames. I have decided to repaint them in the near future.

Optimity uses specialized equipment which involves some sort of cylinder and brush system which connects to your garden hose. I stayed in the house most of the time, so I didn't really get to see this device in action.

Overall, I would recommend Optimity Window Cleaning. Just be sure to know what you are buying and inspect the results thoroughly before paying.
Also, take a good look at your windows and window frames to see if you need to perform any special tasks before calling Optimity for an appointment.

Nice young man going to door to door which I appreciate- he was very professional and prompt to get the service scheduled. I took advantage of a discount because his crew was in the neighborhood. I was very disappointed with the service- I sent photos over explaining that while the glass was clean for some windows, the sills and tracks had tons of dirt and looked like they hadn't been washed or even touched. Some of the windows also had dust indicating they had not been cleaned properly. He sent his contractor back out who wiped them down with a towel...

He offered to come back and clean them himself which was very professional but I declined. Given the quality of work I requested a further discount but he declined. Would have definitely used them ongoing but the quality was just bad unfortunately.

Kudos to young men making money. Shame for the quality of work. My super dirty windows got cleaned well, except for the 2nd floor, where they cleaned the windows which had six panels and , the lower four panels were cleaned perfect and the higher two were not, even in the bathroom windows. Today I opened the door to the room with the total window access and was disgusted. Last week they lowered their price because they couldn't access some windows. Today they decided not to answer my call. Mobile businesses like this that can't come to your area once they are done, is no good. Imagine if I had visitors coming in and wanted the place to look spiffy.
