I used this service to clean 2 carpets. Once they brought them back, I had them packed for more than a month because I had maintenance going on at home. One I opened the carpets, I noticed one of the carpets is damaged, the white colors are not white anymore, it turned brownish. I contacted them through WhatsApp without any respond. The other carpet is fine. I don’t recommend this company.

I called this company to have my rug cleaned we agreed on a price and a pickup for Tuesday, but they never showed up. I texted to follow up and was completely left in limbo with no response. I waited five days, and by then my rug had developed a bad odor from sitting too long. Thankfully, I found another company that’s been in business much longer and handled everything promptly.

I really wanted to support a local business, but unfortunately, they left me disappointed and unresolved. Reliability and communication go a long way, and sadly, both were missing here.
