Being a single dad with two kids and a dog, keeping the house in shape has been tough. I decided to give this cleaning service a try, and it made a huge difference. She was friendly, totally unfazed by the chaos, and somehow managed to bring calm to the mess. The kids even noticed how good the place looked.

My last cleaner was always flaky, but these folks are like clockwork. They actually moved the heavy furniture to vacuum underneath, which most people skip.

When he opened up the machine, there was a ton of sand! He told me that it was mixed in with the humid lint and created a sort of cement that backed up the bottom of the vent elbow. It took him a while to break it up but he did. He did a thorough dryer vent cleaning and the grinding noise stopped right away. I was amazed that he figured out what the problem was from just the location of the house!

Now they take 45. These guys are truly a worthy investment to have your machine working at full efficiency again and knowing your vent is completely safe.

I had a great experience with Hector at Incredible Shine. He answered my call right away and worked with me through my shifting schedule. The did a great job cleaning the carpets and upholstery for the entire house. Their prices are very good. I compared their prices to Stanley Steamer and they are much better. I highly recommend.

I am so disappointed in this commercial cleaning company. I just opened a business of my own and relied upon final cleaning services after construction in time for an inspection. No one showed on the date and time that we were told representatives from Incredible Shine Services would arrive. The final clean was rescheduled for this morning at 6am. I showed up 2 hours early to ensure the cleaners would be let in to clean prior to my business’s appointments starting at 9am. Again, no one showed. I texted the contact phone number I had and hours later received a reply stating that a representative claimed to have shown up at my business at 7:30am but was told to leave since it was too late. This was a lie. A representative showed up at 8:30am. We could not have cleaning in progress during appointments that started at 9am. I would not recommend this company and their services, due to such lack of professionalism and common courtesy, to anyone.

I was very pleased with the result from cleaning the windows to pressure cleaning stucco and sidewalks. The employees were professional, worked hard and were very pleasant.

Great service! I had windows cleaned and and several balconies pressure washed on three levels. All was perfect. The worker was meticulous with the cleaning and very careful about removing his shoes in the house and preventing any mess in the house. I highly recommend this service.

I used Window Genie in late February 2021 to clean all the windows and sliding glass doors in the house. It was my first time working with Window Genie. Both Seth the technician and Joe the owner were very professional and responsive to my needs and concerns. Most importantly, my windows were sparkling!
