Reliable, friendly, overall a team of professional young men, who looked clean cut, proper young men and not thug like performing the work inside your home, they were polite, and requested permission to go upstairs as I worked from an home office. Trustworthy, and did a great job.

From the time of quoting, to completing the job, Joe and the team go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with their work. I have not experienced customer service of this level with any other company in Miami! If I could give bonus stars I would!

I had new impact windows and doors installed in my house 2 years ago. Because of other work that I had to do, I delayed getting the windows done until everything else was done. They came and They did a great job. Now I can see out of my windows!

Excellent value for the money. Service man was professional, courteous, flexible and thorough. We gave him a generous tip. Their process using purified water was a first for my experience. Our windows look like new. We will definitely use them again.

Friendly, honest and reliable service. They show up on time and do a good job. Not perfect, but if there’s an issue, they come right back and fix it. The price is a little high. But I’d rather pay a little more for someone I can count on than pay a little less for someone who takes your money and runs. Very good company to work with. Highly recommended.

Searched internet for company that cleans gutters and downspouts and found window Genie of Miami. What a great company. They were prompt, reasonably priced and did a great job. I’ve already booked them for 6 months from now to return and clean the gutters. Will try their other services in the future. Happy to have found this business.
