He responded to my inquiry within minutes and was respectful and very professional. He came to the house and did a free evaluation and sent me the quote right away. Everything is well organized and documented. Even the system he uses to confirm and follow up on appointments. I was so satisfied that I hired him to clean my accent rugs, large L shaped couch and three chairs. I honestly forgot my rugs were once white until now. We fully recommend 3D Carpet Tile & Grout Cleaning for floor cleaning services. My wife and I thought we would have to replace our luxury vinyl floor after using mop and glow which added a film of wax that not only showed scratches but also changed the color of the floor. Enrique and his team are true professionals at their craft! They restored our flooring to like new condition. The end result was beyond our expectations. As if this was not enough expect excellent communication from Enrique. I received text and emails every step of the way including when they where in route to the house. The gentleman has been doing these services for over 30 years and it shows. Thank you 3D you saved our floors and saved us money in the process. They prepared the home by placing the furniture on pads to easily move. They put corner wall protectors throughout the home. They protected the lower part of the stainless steel appliances by covering them with a plastic. They offer a payment plan with different payment options. I had my micro-fiber leather couch cleaned and they did a phenomenal job. Our couch a a cat smell and some stains on it and the results were beyond my expectations! They did a fantastic job and to our surprise were able to remove all the stains. Our couches look like new again. We’re so happy with their work.
