Last week I contacted Chris for a dryer vent cleaning. He responded immediately and came out the next day to meet my schedule. The amount of lint that was cleaned out was astonishing. Chris was very thorough, and knowledgeable. He was extremely polite and left everything spotless. I definitely recommend him without hesitation and will use him again.

I have been very satisfied with the work of the technician Chris, since last year when he came, he showed his professionalism. I had lost his phone number but it was a nice surprise that they keep a record of their client portfolio, they called me and now they come every year to clean the duct.

Vivs Vent Cleaning did a fantastic job cleaning the vent of the house. Since we are Germans being there in time is very important, which he was. I first called a different company and, the guy said he was booked for several days and when I mentioned that this was an old building and I live in the third floor, he was not interested and he recommended me to call Chris. I called Chris knowing that perhaps an appointment would take several days. When I told Chris I was not available on Monday, he came to my apartment on the same day. Chris came and started cleaning the vents but the machine did not go through the ducts. We couldn't figure out where the ducts ended. Chris took the time to look around the building and he even he looked at the roof. Chris is very knowledgeable and very honest. I would recommend him to anyone who needs his services.

Local, fast, professional, and friendly, this company is a great choice!. As a first-time owner of a roof-vented dryer, I was unaware that the roof vent needed to be cleaned annually. Chris removed a 2-inch thick layer of compacted lint from the vent opening, which was causing my dryer to constantly complain about a dirty filter (which was always clean) but the obstruction was actually on the roof. Added bonus: Vivs sends customers an annual reminder to schedule duct and vent cleaning.

AMAZING AMAZING WORK, but most importantly very honest and knowledgeable. After so many different calls I had to make regarding my dryer not working due to the air vent needing to be cleaned, all we got was run around, insane prices, little to no availability and someone coming out and not being able to complete the job. It took one call with Chris for him to run to us and give us OUTSTANDING service. He made sure everything was cleared out and gave us tips on how to prevent future issues.
