I am been extremely pleased with the service provided and especially with Elba who always leaves my home spotless and perfectly clean! Amazing customer service, but best of all, high standard cleaning service by very professional Pros. Had wonderful conversations with Omar, owner, who contacted me prior to, during and after, to make sure everything was satisfactory. When I first met "Made" (Pro assigned), she greeted me with a wonderful smile and ready to go! She patiently listened and also advised of options that would work well with the apartment. This is my first time ever using a cleaning service and I am so happy I did. Mirelys arrived at my apartment within the arrival window and did such a thorough clean. My apartment is small and I was working from home, but thankfully this was not a problem for her and she did an excellent job. I appreciate the hard work she put into cleaning my bathroom and floors, the hardest for me to clean myself.

I am very happy with the cleaning service I receive from Mariluz. She’s always punctual, arrives right on time, and gets straight to work. Her cleaning is thorough and detailed, yet she manages to finish everything quickly and efficiently. My home always looks spotless when she’s done. I had a very positive experience with MaidPro. Omar was very helpful in my pre clean consultation discussing the needs for my house to give me an estimate. There was good reminder communication leading up to my appointment. On the day of my cleaning Mirely did a great job. She arrived early in the appointment window and was very professional. I left to go to work and received updates during the process. My house looked amazing after the clean. I am very happy with the service and professionalism of Mirely and MaidPro.

The housekeepers of this company are good, the company is awful.
The reason that they have such good reviews is that the cleaners tell you that if you leave a review, that they’ll get $20 each, so you want to help them. I hope our two favorite, Aluiska and Maria, still get paid despite this being a negative one. Details:
1. They sign you up for a recurring subscription without making that clear.
2. They charge you extra for things that anyone would expect to be included. For example, unloading the dishwasher after it’s clean.
3. Speaking with them is difficult; they’re constantly referring to some rules and policies that make everything difficult or an extra cost.
4. The price is obscene for what is done.
5. We had 3 visits, 5 different cleaners (in pairs). So each time they have to re-familiarize themselves with the house.
