Horrible service. The carpet was worst than before and they never contacted me again. Service was done earlier in 2021, had to contact another company to clean the mess.

I was looking on the computer and came across this company i decided to call and within 2 hrs they came to my home to take care of my project which was a extra large recliner that had a lot of body oil stains. They were able to removed a lot of the stains but body oil is very difficult to remove. I was very happy with the job that was glad that i hired them. Thanks for a great job.

They agreed to do the service in my building AFTER reviewing all the insurance requirements and the scope of work. It was scheduled for 10am today. I followed up with a technician to see if we are on track. Well, guess what. 2hr prior to appointment they tell me “we don’t have a required insurance. Can you walk us through the parking lot?”. Very messy business, I was getting texts, calls and emails from at least three different people. Really frustrating and disappointing. Don’t waste your time

As per company’s reply below, you can see that the company is trying to turn things around and blame me for the situation. Once again, the company scheduled with me, did not show up, blamed it on the insurance (that we agreed upon in prior). And after my reasonable bad review they started calling me (at least 3 times from different numbers, I’d call it harassment) and emailing me. Btw, they tried guilt tripping me saying it’s a family business blah blah.. Well, it’s your business but it’s my job that is sabotaged. I do my job, you don’t do yours.

If any of the potentials reading it, we got E&L Chem coming in next day and doing amazing job with zero headache. Recommend

Very quick response and the company came out the next day. This company quoted me one thing on the phone then tried to raise it $300+ once they arrived. Since I didn’t go with their new price I don’t feel like they actually delivered a good service. Once my carpet and sectional dried I could still see stains and spots. I totally wasted $200.

He is incredibly knowledgeable and makes sure we are happy with their work. He's come back after a few stains from our former renters reappeared and explained how that happens and of course is spot-touching for free. Prompt, professional, competitive prices, super-pleasant. We are customers for life.

I had appointment with previous companies which called to confirmed text to confirm the day before as well and I confirmed and then because they sent me a message an hour before and I didn’t confirm that didn’t show up even though I was here and I was busy not looking at my phone but I ended up finding King steam company on Google and called them and they came out on the same day and not only did they do a great job, Their price was significantly less The price I was quoted by the other companies To clean the upholstery of my couch sectional. I know I will continue to call whenever I need my couch cleaned thank you King steam.

My wife called King Steam USA to clean our old rental home, since we already moved and wanted to clean the carpet to help assure we get our security deposit back.

This company was running a special for $99 which was supposed to cover 4 bedrooms and the hallway.

When their cleaner showed up, he informed us that there would be an additional charge for each step, since we had a two story home.

Then their representative said our upstairs hallway would be considered 3 separate hallways.

As far as I am concerned when you open the master bedroom straight ahead less than a few yards were the other rooms. As far as I am concerned that hallway should have been considered as 1 hallway.

Their representative then told us the total cost would be $169. He then tried to up sell their services and for a deep cleaning wanted around $650.

We continued to ask what the price would be for the deep clean and it took forever for him to provide the quote of $650. My wife and I must have asked him several times for the price and after 6/7 minutes he quoted $650.

We decided on their basic cleaning even though we were originally quoted $99 for the 4 rooms and the hallway.

This company in my opinion tried to up sell their services and I would never recommend this company to anyone. The actual cleaning was okay but I will stick with the big companies like Stanley for any future carpet cleaning.

Kings Steam returned to my house after a 9 year period. Simon cleaned my area rugs & brought them back to life. He was very professional, on time, & even cleaned an extra small rug for me . I highly recommend him. 👍🏻👍🏻
