BEWARE. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES.

I would strongly advise against using King Steam Carpet Cleaning. My experience with them has been nothing short of a scam.

I initially called and was quoted $120 for two rooms. I specifically mentioned fresh stains from my dog being sick, and they assured me it would be no problem to remove them. When they finished, they sent me a picture of the entryway, which looked great, but when I arrived home, I found that all the stains I was concerned about were still there, and the smell remained. To make matters worse, they charged me $200, which would have been fine if they had actually done the job properly.

I immediately called to express my concerns, and they promised to send someone back. A week passed with no response. I called again, and they gave me the same excuse. Another few days passed, then another week, and still nothing. Finally, after multiple follow-ups, I discovered that they had blocked my number. When I called from a different phone, they answered and once again promised a callback, but unsurprisingly, I never heard from them again.

At first, I was polite and patient, but after being ignored, lied to, and blocked, I am beyond frustrated. This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and completely unreliable. If you’re looking for a carpet cleaning service, go elsewhere, this business will take your money and run.

The company was prompt. They responded to my call, provided an estimate and same day service. They provided good quality work and the price was reasonable!

I found King Steam Flooring Service on the web and very happy I did. They came in as scheduled and stripped and polished my 30-year old Saltillo floors and they look amazing. We had never had them cleaned professionally so I was concerned about all the dirt and grime coming out. I'm pleased to say that the tiles look good as new. Simon and his crew did a wonderful job and with reasonable pricing. Best of all it's a family run local business which we are happy to support. Highly recommend.

Although the team arrived later than promised, I must say that Miguel did an excellent job. He was professional, efficient, and very detail-oriented. Thanks to his work, my sofa now looks almost brand new. Despite the delay and lack of communication beforehand, the quality of the service itself was impressive. If they improve their punctuality and responsiveness, I would definitely consider using their service again.

We gave him 2 rugs - Moroccan - full of dog pee stains. One of them is even white. Rugs that I LOVED and was sure were forever ruined bc I tried to clean them and the stains got even worse from the cleaning product. We got both back today with NO visible stains. Kind of a miracle really. I’m SO happy. Strongly recommend him. He is very nice and easy to work with as well.

Simon did a great job with my carpet, stairs and sofa and was pretty quick about it. After a few years we needed a deep cleaning and now everything looks and smells brand new! Was willing to work on the pricing too and gave mr a bundle deal. Totally recommend!
