Booking was easy, efficient. Everything that I needed done was done. The only thing is I know there is a window of time for arrival, a text that my service provider is on the way or 10mins away would be helpful but other than that everything great!

Thank you so much Maid Svc for sending Frida to help me get my daughter’s dorm-room sparkling clean. She even went above and beyond by helping her unpack all the little things that made her comfortable.
I will definitely be calling on you and spreading the word to all who need this type of service.

I RARELY ever give reviews. In order to give a review my experience with a business needs to either be absolutely horrible, or exceptionally amazing. I have been living in Miami Beach for a couple years now and have had many different cleaning services. This cleaning service has been by far the best. My cleaning lady Frida was super friendly, and just as importantly her work was outstanding. I keep noticing little details she took care of that other cleaning services neglected. I will definitely be hiring this service again and hope to have Frida again as well!!!

We recently had to change cleaning companies… we found SVC and they were able to schedule us in quickly… Frida was our new cleaner and we couldn’t be happier! Punctual and friendly and no detail was missed! A++ cleaner

Our representative arrived on-time and well prepared to handle everything we expected. She worked diligently and displayed a very professional demeanor. When she was finished she asked if there was anything else we needed done and even went through the with me to make sure we were satisfied.

The service was good. There was a little language barrier and she arrived a bit late, not much, but did a wonderful job and gave great service!!

Booked the night before. They did exactly what I asked. Arrived exactly on time, listened and acknowledged my instructions with a few nods and went straight to work without any follow up questions, and did a perfect job, for a reasonable cost. Went a bit over on time to finish the whole job and didn't even charge me extra for it either. I'll be using Maid Svc from now on.

Had the pleasure of Frieda doing my cleaning. She was very professional, thorough, and friendly, even cleaning parts of the house I didn't even think should be cleaned.

She also was able to work while getting along with the dog I have in the house. Would recommend.
