I was able to book and receive service within a 12 hour turn around, which was very important, as it was for an event. Staff was on time, very friendly, and did a great job. She did not speak english but luckily had an app that could translate, so it worked out fine. It was on the pricier end for what I needed, but I anticipated paying a little more with such a tight turn around time. I was thrilled to find someone that could do it when I needed. I highly recommed Maid Svc!

Hi, I requested to clean one-bedroom apartment on Aria on the Bay for 3 hours and the result was not meeting my expectation but after I called them, the company sent team leader to check and clean again. the result came back fantastic. thank you

Patty of Maid in Brickell provided me the absolute best housekeeping service I have ever had. This was hands down the best “clean” and I am overly impressed. After years of subpar housekeeping services I was convinced there was no such thing as a “money’s worth clean” and Oh boy did Patty prove me wrong. I look forward to weekly service and a gleaning home! I’m literally excited over a housekeeper... did not see that coming.. finally 2020 gave me something! Thank you!

*edit: I don't feel like arguing with them below: but it was out of my kindness that I let the damaged shirt issue go but when you charge me a late fee when there's no reason you couldn't have just been let up to the unit then I'm going to expect reimbursement. Moved to 1 star for poor customer service*

The first two cleaners were okay, but they don’t pay attention to the clothes they wash and destroyed some articles. I was once charged a late fee and texted several times back and forth then when I mentioned I wanted to be reimbursed for my damaged clothing they suddenly stopped responding.

This is the 3rd time I have used Maids in Brickell over the past 3 months. They are very professional and have always done a spectacular job. There is great communication before the team arrives and the team is very efficient and do a wonderful job. I will definitely use them again.

Overall, they do a good job on the cleaning however the model of pricing can be very deceiving. We were on our second clean and requested 3 hours for $114. When we received our bill it was for $228 and we were told that it took the cleaner a total of 6 hours which seems excessive for a 900sq ft apartment that had been pre-cleaned before. Once again, good service and solid clean but the model just doesn't make sense when you can find a cleaner who will do equivalent job for ~$110.

have already used this company’s services three times and was really satisfied. They start by checking what you want to have done, if there are any particular tasks you want to be done. I really like it, along with the fact they charge per hour, so you can kinda figure out what you need and add it to the list. Twice the ladies left my condo spotless, they were also nice and time efficient. Would definitely book their services again, especially since reoccurring services come with discounts of 10 or 15%.
What I also like is that I can select organic washing products for $15 and don’t worry about buying supplies or whether they’ll be safe for my animals.
Highly recommend this company to fellow brickell residents.
Ps. After the very first cleaning they left me a small dishwashing soap, which was also a nice touch

If “good help is hard to find” was a business, this business would be it. I’m moving and hired this company to come to the apartment to clean. I emphasized that I needed the fridge, stairs, cabinets and bathrooms thoroughly cleaned. Not even half way through the service, I received a call from the owner telling me that it would take 7-8 hours for two ladies to clean my loft apartment. I refused to add any additional services and told them I would be fine with them working on the apartment for 3.5 hours, per the service ordered online. Mind you I was not in the apartment at the time and just happened to come back to speak to the ladies to ask about their concerns. When I got back to the apartment, the crew was packing up and was told by the manager to leave. When I spoke to the manager, he told me that I hired them for a move out service and because items (yes, I’m packed up and moving out but all of the furniture and big items are out of the apartment. So I guess he was referring to small boxes and an air mattress) were in the apartment, the company could not conduct a move out cleaning. He also told me that he’s required to clean the balcony and the windows (i have floor to ceiling windows in a two story loft so not sure how they planned to do that). At no time did he give me a chance to speak to the cleaning crew about doing a standard cleaning or just doing what they could in the allotted time. One day before I was set to leave Miami and I ended up having to clean the apartment myself because the company refused to provide a service after I refused to add an additional service. The moving out service allots for 3.5 hours and there were two maids here. I am not entirely sure why they could not finish the job and when I asked the ladies why they were leaving, they didn’t even know.

Horrible experience during a stressful move. Would not recommend. Poor customer service and refusal to work with customer. Seems like because I didn’t want to pay for additional services (and be charged more for two workers), I was refused as a customer. Unacceptable.

Excellent service! I have tried two other services with national names and they do not come even close to this service. To setup my appointment was less than 60 seconds and they came the next day. They went beyond my expectations for a cleaning service. I was so impressed when I came home that I cannot wait to have them come again as I know they will keep my home clean all the time now. Do not waste your time with other companies. They are priced right, do work beyond the capabilities of the other companies, and are very easy to work with. Thank you again for an awesome service!!!

I received a terrible cleaning and when trying to receive a refund they stopped communicating with me. They had me last minute reschedule (at the time of the cleaning), cleaned with a dirty mop that left dirt and a sticky residue, and left debris in the cabinets.

Came back and fixed what was missed the 1st time
