The experience with Polo couldn't have been better from the beginning to end. My A/C unit was nearing the 20 year mark, and I wanted to change it out before it broke and we were in the dead of summer. On first reaching out, Polo provided a lot of information over the phone, along with considerations to make, and offered to stop by and provide a more comprehensive estimate. He took the time to understand what our goals were in replacing the unit, discussed the current shortage of units and what could be available. After verifying availability and costs he was on site the next day for installation. Despite a few surprises during installation, he was able to troubleshoot and everything was switched out by the end of the day. He even came back for some noise troubleshooting a few days later at no charge. Where it's often common to find unreliable service technicians in Miami, I'm glad I found Polo and will be recommending him to friends and family.

Replaced 2 aged 2.5 and 2 ton units on 4/5/24. It's hard to find honest contractors these days. He was prompt, kind, professional, and honest - even taking the time to explain to me how to clean the exterior units and pointing out some possible electrical issues with the outside A/C breakers. And, to top it off, his prices are comparable to the faceless corporations out there who send out scrubs to do the work for regular folk like me and reserve the experts for the high paying gigs. With Polo, you get the expert every time.

5 ton A/C unit replacement in 2023. Cooling Nation removed the old unit, allowed a day for a water heater install next to the unit, and came back to finish the install. Expert advice, expert install and unbelievable service.

The smaller unit in my house was dead when we came back from vacation. Cooling Nation got the call at 9am, diagnosed the problem at 11am, finished a full install before 6pm. AMAZING!
