Hands down the best in Miami. And I should know since I’ve probably met all AC companies trying to find one that was fair , delivers amazing work and most of all … communicates!

Issues with my main unit that no other company would touch because of the placement in the attic. But Jorge and Luis were like , ‘we got this’ .

Not an easy job but it was done and done well. They are my go to for any AC needs.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Southern Comfort Air Conditioning and Builders. They always arrived on time and were professional and courteous. Jose and Luis did an excellent job from giving me an estimate in a timely manner to replacing my whole HVAC in the middle of this horrible heat wave. My whole house is finally comfortably cool!!!

Working with this company has been a great experience. From the time we called to set an appointment for an estimate on a new central air system to the day it was installed. Stephanie at the office, was friendly, very helpful and patient with all our questions. Luis the very professional and knowledgeable technician was so nice, friendly and gave us great advise on the equipment. Very happy with the work done and will recommend in an instant.

Southern comfort was great. They arrived on time. The technician was very knowledgeable and extremely honest. My problem turned out to be a blown fuse. A minor problem and inexpensive. He could have said it was much worse and charged me double.

They came to my mom's house fixed the issue and left the work area clean. I couldn't be happier with their service and highly recommend them.

I am so glad my neighbors recommended Southern Comfort Air Conditioning & Builders. I had my A/C go out one me and they showed up repaired my unit and even did maintenance that I did not have scheduled on my other A/C unit as well.

Fantastic service. Jose drove up to our house from West Kendall, only to find there really was no problem with the heat from our Minisplit. He had me test the remotes several times and even cleaned the leaves from the condensers . He answered all my questions- went above and beyond what was required. Great service, Southern Comfort!

I fully recommend this company. It was good work for a reasonable price, and the recommended solutions for the issues I was having were practical and made sense. The techs were respectful of my home and were also friendly and easy to work with.

I would never recommend Southern Comfort AC due to the way they treat their customers. The only bright spot in my experience was the technician, Jose, he was professional and did a great job. My issue is entirely with Stephanie and Luis, who were unhelpful, dismissive, and more interested in arguing than finding a solution.

On the first visit, my AC was fixed, but I was advised that a full coil cleaning might be needed. Nine days later, I requested a second service to take care of the issue. Instead of cleaning the coils, the new technician simply removed a mesh from the drain to get it working. When the problem persisted, I scheduled a third call, expecting them to apply the service fee from the second visit (when the coils should have been cleaned). Instead, Stephanie and Luis outright refused, blamed me for not having the coils cleaned the first time (which I never argued against), and continuously deflected responsibility.

Rather than working with me to resolve the issue, they were rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to take accountability. Their approach to customer service is unacceptable, and I wouldn't trust them with any air conditioning needs. Save yourself the frustration and go with a company that actually values its customers.

Let’s talk about professionalism, the technician, Jose, came to the house and started work promptly. He was very polite. The more I spoke to him, he showed the very knowledgeable side of him. He very patient with all the questions I had. Jose absolutely put me at ease with the great work he did with our HVAC. Thank you

We have only one of 4 mini splits in - the rest come tomorrow. The unit is blowing cool and quietly. Working with Jose is great- he is very respectful that we have 2 cats that we want to keep IN the house, and he always made sure to close the doors to keep the cats safe. He is a hard worker and also friendly. We love the look of the Daikin mini-split and are very happy with your work! Update: Luis and Jose completed the installation efficiently abd in time. They were respectful if our space and cleaned up all debris left from installation. I highly recommend this company!
