Terrible service from this company.

I would not recommend them if you have a legit business that needs a reputable company that will show up and do the job they say their going to do without getting the typical Miami runaround.

The Service Manager is a joke, he needs to be replaced. He thinks he works at a fraternity and that he can bro his way out of every conversation. Cool Solutions, please hire someone with intelligence who knows how to communicate with clients that have graduated middle school.

If you're thinking about using Cool Solutions, think 4 or 5 more times.

We had a complete shutdown of our AC a day prior to the. Beginning of Memorial Day weekend. Eddie and his team showed up on Saturday morning in person with a new AC unit and the night before he sent members of his team to install a temporary portable AC to help cope with the heat throughout the night The next day, he and his technician showed up at 9:00 am on a Saturday to begin the installation of the new machine which took almost 6 hours. He and his team members were cordial, respectfully of the property and more over helped in having this new installation be done on the Saturday of Memorial weekend, which to make things more smooth, it was Eddie, the owner of the company who personaly came and helped with this installation. I will always be grateful to him and his company for making this happen. I highly recommend them for your AC needs.

Great experience with Cool Solution Services. They came on time, had expertise on my AC, took the time to explain everything going on with my unit and took the time to advise me on the best options. They were approved by building ahead of time which made it easy when they got there. The work they did was timely, efficient and they did a great job. I would recommend them and am planning to use them for all my AC needs.

Very grateful for the service. They were very kind and responded quickly to the call to fix the problem that had come up with the AC.

They will show up at your house and try to upsell unnecessary services. If you refuse, they charge a $150 “visit fee” that was never mentioned before. They inflate prices by about $1,000, and if you decline the extra work, they still charge your card without approval. We later found another honest vendor who completed the job for $1,200 less without any hidden fees. These people are scammers, not a legitimate business.

A lot of AC companies in Miami have fake reviews which give them 5 star ratings (you can tell because all the reviews sound the same/use the same verbiage). I went with Cool Solutions because their reviews seemed real. I needed a completely new AC system in a short amount of time because I have a small baby and my apartment gets too hot without it.

I called and spoke with Eddie who gave me a ton of advice on what type of unit I should consider and he never tried to “sell” me into working with them which was really great.

They installed my new system and the process was smooth and efficient - even with the permitting involved. Dollys was amazing at scheduling and gathering all the documents needed from my condo building and the install team was just as great. I even hired Cool Solutions to clean my old ducts and that experience was just as professional (they covered all of my furniture and were very clean).

Excellent service; from scheduling an appointment, to repairing the AC & cleaning the ducts, & checking-in post service that everything was running as intended. The technicians (Joshua, Javier & Horacio) were very professional & attentive to detail. Overall I feel like this company went above and beyond compared to other AC companies that I had to deal with in the past.

Horacio was exceptionally kind respectful and eager to please. He took the time to study our air conditioning dilemma and genuinely wants to be the fixer ! He is like an AC doctor ! We can’t thank him enough!

Horacio fixed my AC in a matter of minutes! He was prepared, knowledgeable and very informative. Horacio has great customer service and was very nice. He informed me of the steps he was taking as he went through them and was very reassuring. When the service request was called in, the company kept me informed of the technician’s arrival. 10/10 service from all areas. I will recommend this company to everyone in need!
