Fast and efficient service. Pedro arrived on time, identified the issue and quickly fixed it. Very happy with the service provided.

Roberto looked for leaks in the entire AC system including the refrigerant pipeline. Located the leak to a valve. Fixed it. Added UV tracer, checked back the next day. Refilled the refrigerant. No more leaks for the past month.

Came out same day to resolve issue with vent, discovered problem and quickly resolved.

Have to edit my review: it turns out the initial “resolution” they did wasn’t the actual source of the problem and charged me to come out again and to do a new fix this time that actually worked. Not happy to have paid twice to fix one issue.

I needed an A/C tune up for my A/C, a Rheem 2021 unit. I called Comfort Degree and talked to Robert. Robert showed up the following day and serviced the unit. He is very professional and knowledgeable of the A/C unit. He checked the blue light for viruses and mold he installed over a year ago. He provided tips for me to maintaining the unit until it needs major servicing. My air condition unit stop cooling, and the whole unit needed to be replaced so I

The next day they were installing a new unit. tech's Elier,Yutsel, did a great job. waited out

One of the best purchasing experiences! The customer service and attentiveness was above and beyond. This is what every business should be like!!!! I came home from work and immediately noticed its was hot. I began searching through google and this companyhad the BEST REVIEWS - I see exactly why. When I first called it was after 5pm, almost 6pm, and no answer however in less than 1 minute the OWNER called me back! I don't know any business where the owner calls their customers back. He called me back to let me know that one of the techs would be contacting me shortly and we could have a whole new unit by the following day - I was super impressed. The tech Eliel called me back in a few minutes and we got everything set up. Woke up the next day excited to get my new system and Eliel arrived 15 mins early, I was ecstatic! Eliel did a fantastic job, made sure he explained what he was doing, answered all of my questions, cleaned up, and stayed to teach how to use my new pad and ensured it work properly before leaving. The next day to my surprise he texted me in the morning to see how everything was going!!! This company did an amazing job and I recommend them to EVERYONE! I'm so glad we called.
