I have been using 24 hour air for almost 10 years.

Have a current issue with the A/C they installed. Paid them to fix it and the problem returned the next day - that was almost 6 weeks ago... 7 appointments, 4 visits (one to 'fix', one to tell me it wasn't the A/C dumping water on my floor from every register, two to do tests and three no shows). No resolution, no test results, and nothing but a LOT of run around and promises. I would NOT recommend! I would give them zero stars if allowed.

Amazing service! I started to notice my AC not blowing out cold air as normal on a Thursday night then in the morning it was just blowing room temperature air and that's where I scrambled to look for someone to help. I did call a few other places but no one wanted to come over except for 24 Hour Air Service. They were amazingly quick to come and evaluate the issue. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly.. I needed a new roof unit in my condo and the company had a unit available and immediately they worked things out with the management company so I can have AC before the 90F weekend we were going to have.
I have never seen a company work so fast and diligent. They contacted several times to let me know what was going on and within a couple of hours I had AC again. They are very professional and caring. They are easy to deal with and the staff is wonderful. And thanks to Angela and Eurice for calling several times that day and calling during the weekend and the following week to make sure all was well. And thanks to Roger and Yoel for bringing and installing the unit quickly. I highly recommend them.

LIARS AND THIEVES. BAIT AND SWITCH SCAMMERS.
I called them when my AC stopped working. Charged me $400 for a part that I found new on Google for $35. Then, when still not working, tech said I needed to replace the entire AC and air handles, they send me a $6,000+ quote without even showing the model number on the quote, thinking people are unaware that there are cheap or most expensive models within same brands. When I asked them to write the model number on the quote, I never heard from them again. They still charged me a service fee.
I had another company come next day, they fixed it in an hour for $295, parts and labor. It's been running great since.
DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR HOUSE. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME, AND MONEY.

I wish I had read the reviews before hiring this company. This company is ABUSIVE. They came out to “diagnose” my problem and they did not know what was wrong, which is understandable. Three hours later after calling the manufacturer, they figured it out and ordered a part. This was 435$.
The tech assured me that the piece would be easy to replace and it might even be covered by warranty. They call to schedule me and let me know that the piece is not covered, I made the follow up appointment knowing this -thinking the cost of the repair would be the cost of the part and the labor to put it in.
My appointment was from 9 to 11 and they had me waiting for the tech until 4pm, needless to say I missed work.
After the repair I get a call letting me know that my invoice total is 528$.
When I called to get some kind of clarification and a breakdown of the price, I was told that they don’t have breakdowns. They can not tell me the cost of the part and of the labor.
They never told me the price of the part, or the repair before going through with it, the only price I had a reference for was the hourly labor that they informed me of before the first visit.

When searching online for the part they replaced - I could not find it cost any more than 60$ on ANY platform, for this part & labor they charged me a total of 963$.

This company is not honest.

This company installed a new AC unit in our office.
It was the middle of summer and we were dealing with very high temperatures.

The tech had to come back a few times to perform maintenance and corrections on the installation.
The heat circuit breaker was not turned on by their tech during installation or after a follow up service work, who knows?

We found this out several months later when a cold snap hit South Florida (January 2025), and for the first time we needed heat, which didn’t work.
We requested a tech from this company to do an inspection of why it wasn’t working. He came, went up to the building’s roof, told us the heat circuit breaker was on off, turned on the switch and charged us a$265 service charge.
Their reply: it’s your responsibility to check our work. Horrible answer. It’s your responsibility 24 Hr Air Service to make sure everything is running when you perform a new unit installation or work on a unit you installed.

Prices are ridiculous. This company is located across the street from our office. All we needed was an AC flush, which took all of 10 minutes and they charged us $300. We had the same service for two units, plus chlorine tabs and a thermostat changed out last year for $220. We will be going back to the company we used last year for any future maintenance/repairs.

This company came out for an emergency install and we are so pleased with service and the price amazing to get a company out on a weekend to provide such fast service. I placed the call in the morning because my ac was not cooling and the tech came out and found out that the unit compressor is bad and recommended us changing the complete unit outside and not just the compressor which he said has (1) year warranty and the outside unit has (5) years warranty so we went ahead with the recommendation.

We are so pleased with the service and they are very inexpensive. Not only that we ended up purchasing their service agreement which is $150 for (2) visits for the year. You really can’t get it any better out there. I would recommend this company to any one. Thanks 24 Hr Air Service for your quick response.

My AC stopped blowing cold air on a Friday night, past 11:30 pm, during the summer. We are a family of asthma and allergy suffers, so we needed a solution quickly. We reached out to 24 Hour Air Service for help and the technician came during the night and quickly identified the problem. He had all parts with him ready to go. He showed us the damaged wires, explained everything to us and proceeded to repair the AC. Within minutes, our problem was solved. Technician was very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. The person who answers the phone was very kind too, she gave us calls updating us constantly regarding our visit time window. Again, all of this on a Friday night going into early Saturday morning. It was an emergency service call and a fee should be expected with such situation. In our case, it was nothing that we were not expecting, on the contrary, it was fair. We were very satisfied with the service!

The technician was professional, thorough, and fixed the issue quickly. The system is running smoothly now, and the customer support was great. Highly recommended!

We have been using Climate Control (Edwin Pineda) since 2020. He was referred to us when several of the compressors on our RTU's suddenly got damaged. The compressors only had about 6 months of use. The manufacturer of the RTU units sent him onsite to inspect the units and assess damage. Edwin helped us with the warranty process and we were able to get new compressors immediately. Edwin and his team know these units inside out and manufacturers trust him. Since then, he performs routine maintenance and repairs for all of our RTU HVAC units at MB Station and Riverview. He is very friendly, communicative, knowledgeable, and readily available for any trouble you may be experiencing with your HVAC. If you call him, he will personally pickup the phone every time. He speaks both English and Spanish, which is very handy in South Florida when it comes to communicating with managers and maintenance supervisors. In summary, RTU HVAC units are very expensive units that as building managers need them to run properly 24/7 365 days a year. With Edwin and Climate Control you are in good hands.

After searching for months, I finally contracted Climate Control to look over 5 class A buildings and can't be more happier. The quality of the job, prices and knowledge is unbeatable.
