I have my own business & my Ice Machine broke down, I called 24 hour air service & told them how urgent this situation was because of my running business. Within the next hour & a half my Ice Machine was up & running. Great customer service!

This is the worst ac repair company that exists on earth! After repair, the mechanic demanded cash and didn't want to give an invoice. Next day, it proved to be the mechanic had only fixed the fan , ac was still not working, called the company few times, they promised to call back,. never called back. They are only looking for 1 time customer, not a repeat business. STAY AWAY from them.

I was very pleased with the service. Very professional and they came out to repair my A/C unit quickly within the time stated. Good business overall, I was a little worried since I knew nothing about the A/C unit.

Do not hire this company. They promise everything and deliver nothing. They sell parts that don't work and don't refund afterwards saying its under warranty. They do not return calls, and return calls to the home versus the cell. Their staff says they forgot to call us since they were having lunch. Ridiculous.

They are professional and courteous. Their service guys work fast and clean. They replaced both of my units. I would definitely recommend them. Also ask for the Roger, he's one of the best service guys they have!

I just got out the phone with 24 hour air service. The dispact was extremely polite and helpful. Now I have a technician on his way as I type to come fix my a/c. Very grateful for the immediate help. Will have 24 hour air service start maintenance from now on. Thanks 24 hour!

Call this company first. Had issues with my AC and they came out immediately. They gave me an estimate and I was please with the cost. Their tech was very professional and explained everything thoroughly. Thanks Mike.

TERRIBLE! They did not fix the problem and they damaged the floor and were rude. They would not take responsibility for the damage and they never did fix the problem. They said they would send a tech to come fix the problem again and said he was on the way. A no show. Still no ice maker plus I had to pay for the damage they caused. Hire someone else.

If you want a job well done, go elsewhere. This has to be the worst company I have ever interacted with. Inept, inefficient and shady business practices fall short of a proper description; save yourself the trouble and just flush your money down the toilet vs hiring this company. I was ill advised from my very first appointment, given absurd estimates, after days wasted with mtiple follow up service appointments and endless calls ; I was offered zero solutions for the company's obvious lack of a proper assessment of work that was needed . My experience was a blatant lack of professionalism = multiple thousands of dollars learning experience

It's great to find a company that have technicians, that actually know what they're talking about. Most companies have technicians that only tell you things to spend your money. 24 hour air service technicians actually worry about fixing your problem. Make sure you call them, they're actually a helpful company and won't cheat you out of your money.

Horrible disgusting unprofessional business!! Please don’t use them I would rather sweat and heat up but never ever use them. They steal and lie!!! The manager made fun of my husband’s disability. Please please never use this company they lie and steal money. The tech who came to my home was just training and was caught on the ring camera saying he can’t do the job telling his boss. 5 hours and he couldn’t fix issue and they charged me and took parts disgusting.

This is the biggest scam company ever people!!!! They have done it to everyone I know who have used them. They always over charge for simple things as to change a fuse box and steal your money before completing the job! I would really get someone to investigate this company. Liars!!! This company was called out for a leaky valve which was fixed in 15 minutes of arrival (late arrival) with a little teflon tape and pipe glue. Charged $470 plus tax. Anyone on earth knows that is unreasonable! When contacting office, they don't charge by the hour, they charge by the job. What a scam! Stay away from using 24 HR Service Inc unless you don't mind surprise huge bill!

Mr Roger the technician was amazing. He was on time, so respectful, understanding of our frustrated situation, and got us up and running in no time. Really an amazing worker. Would highly recommend him to any of your ac needs.

Charged me almost 400 Dollars for Freon on a unit that had leaks. They should have checked for leaks before adding the freon. In conclusion 2.5 weeks down the road freon was gone and I had to call a different company to fix the issue and add more freeon. They never responded to the warranty in the contract and responded with very poor customer service.

My air conditioning was loosing freon and had to be replaced. 24 hourAir came to the rescue, They quickly obtained all permits and condo approval. There friendly experts did a great job, non stop, explained every thing...Thank You 24 Hour Air.

After paying the full amount to install a brand new AC unit from this company, the machine stopped working 20 min after the tech left. And this happened three times before it finally got fixed a few days later.
For most AC companies, a new unit will come with a new thermoset and the company will register the unit for customers free of charge. However, this company does not provide new thermoset, and does not do the registration for customers. On the Contract, it says WARRANTY: (10) YEARS COMPRESSOR, (10) YEARS PARTS. But, to get that you actually have to pay an extra fee to BUY that warranty, and there is no single word on the Contract mentioning this is just a purchase option. So, be prepared that you will need to pay extra money after buying the whole brand new unit from them.

Worst A/C company ever. Stay away from this people. Their customer service is awful. Their techs do not know nothing about what they are doing. I bought a new unit from them less than a year ago and I'm still having issues with it. Unit is extremely loud. I had a 24 year old unit and it didn't make that much noise. Extremely disappointed customer here.

Service man was not the expert he claimed to be unless his expertise is another field. Had him out to fix a leak issue. He told me after troubleshooting what was the issue and the cost to fix it. After moving forward he assured me the issue was fixed until the next day I noticed the same problem. He wanted to come back and charge me to do a completely different job for a larger fee. I rejected him and his company a d found someone else. The leak issue wasnt anything he said it was. Some expert he is smh. I would of waste money with him twice and still wouldn't have my problem solved

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I had them come to my office and they charged an excessive amount to fix a problem with my a/c. They charged me $500 for something that should have cost no more than $300. Very unethical and quite the rip off!!

DO NOT HIRE THESE THIEVES. They made fun of my disability The tech which was Alone while training was caught on our ring camera talking to his manager saying I can't do this job, They tried to rob me. When I told them I wasn't paying for services they didn't provide the tech let all the freon out of the unit. I have never seen or experienced anything like this
