Efficient, knowledgeable and direct. Annual maintenance service cost is fairly priced, we were told tips on how to keep our AC running properly. Straight forward; no new issues added to raise the cost of the visit~so we will definitely call again.

I happened to meet Mario at one of my neighbors houses while he was installing a new trane unit in their house. After a conversation, I asked for a card, as my AC guy had switched to commercial properties in NY, and it never hurts to have one on standby. Ironically, my handlers blower wheel malfunctioned less than a week later, and Flow-tech came to the rescue. Melissa was prompt with a response and Fernando came for a diagnostic. It’s rare, these days to find kind and honest companies, and Flow-tech is one of the few. Once I can actually afford a new unit, they will be my installers for sure. Thank you all, so much. Sleeping with ice packs on my feet in 84 degrees inside is now just a bad memory, thanks to their excellent service.

The technician came in and analyzed my problem (I called 3 companies to do that and 2 came - the 3rd never did and I cancelled it). The turnaround time was great and the service the techs performed inside and outside my house were implacable; the girls on the phone the most pleasant and friendly.

This company has been incredible to work with. They are professional, responsive, and trustworthy. I recently serviced my AC unit and had it cleaned and inspected to make sure everything was working correctly (just bought my house and wanted to take care of this before moving in). The technician who came, Radael, was on time, and very thorough. Not only did he clean all vents and take apart the unit to inspect/ clean, he took the time to explain to me all of the working parts and if I needed to clean myself, how to do that. He was a pleasure to work with and so knowledgeable regarding this unit and AC care in general. Someone who really knows their field and takes time to educate others on proper use/care is such an important quality, at least to me!

Also working with the office staff has been nice. They too are professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend them for your AC needs!

These guys are the best! They have great customer service and the tech guys who come and service our unit each year are very knowledgable. We had them install a brand new AC unit 2 years ago and the yearly maintenance is well worth it. We complained about our thermostat not working properly and they replaced it as a warranty even though it had been over a year. Very professional and great company to deal with. Would recommend them to others if asked.

We had a great experience with FlowTech! Overnight our AC system kept turning off, with a newborn this was the ultimate nightmare. We called first thing in the morning and within a few hours we had two gentlemen here helping us fix the problem. They were very professional, kind and got the job done. FlowTech was able to resolve our problem when no other local company could (or would). The communication from the manager was outstanding. The technicians were able to accurately and honestly diagnose what needed to be repaired. Overall I had a great experience with this company and would definitely use again.

I called Flow-Tech this morning about a problem with my air conditioner that another company diagnosed, but never came back to fix.
They were happy to pick up where the others left off.
They came out that afternoon and verified the repair needed.
They made an assumption of what parts may be needed, and had them on hand.
The technician repaired my air conditioner without trying to sell me a new one like everyone else.
I will be recommending Flow-Tech to all of my neighbors and adult children for all their repairs now that we found someplace that actually can be trusted.

Mario, the owner, is an amazing source of detailed information. The installation crew was amazing, as they had to deal with a tricky configuration in my home. But they finished on time, and the Carrier system is wonderful. Quiet, efficient, and already saving me about $70/month on electric bills.

I’m really impressed with this company. Twice they have done an amazing job with my AC unit. The first time they fixed what a company couldn’t not fix in 3 visits and Flow-Tech fixed it in their first visit — a capacitor issue that made my AC work on and off.
The second time about a month ago I was due to have my AC coils cleaned (leaking issue) and they came to clean it but after the cleaning my AC kept leaking due to a malfunction of my coils and Flow-Tech contacted Goodman customer service to have the warranty cover for the new coil which they replaced on the same day. They went above and beyond to make sure my AC was working perfectly before they left my house that day.
The manager was very helpful.
Will definitely keep using and recommend this company.

Spoke at length with Mario prior to the purchase and installation of my Trane Variable speed system. His knowledge and experience was invaluable in selecting the right system for my home. Installation was not straight forward or easy but he viewed the existing installation before sending a team of very qualified technicians to do the job. Done right the first time and very satisfied with the purchase and installation. Highly recommend this vendor for all your a/c needs.

They responded quickly and most importantly they came out the same day to fix the air. Bonus points since it’s 100+ outside.

I wanted a Trane air system and picked Flow-Tech for the installation after doing a little research. They have taken care of me ever since. When I needed help after several years, Mario the owner came over right away to check things out. He had his crew out and doing repairs and replacements in no time. Mario and his crew are amazing! We have used them for repairs to our older AC system and eventually we hired them to install a brand new system. They gave us several options, were very responsive and easy to reach. The technicians are professional, knowledgable, and always arrive on time. They also clean-up after themselves which is something most companies don't do these days.

This company is awesome. I called them on a Saturday left a message because they are closed on the weekends. They called me Monday morning at 8 am . Pedro from flow tech has a technician at my house within the hour. The technician was awesome he explained everything to me and had changed the coil fast.
