Jorge and team went beyond and back to help me fix my AC unit. It is located in the Florida room and was leaking water down the wall. They quickly fixed the issue. I would highly recommend this team. A/C stopped cooling. Called Flow-Tech because they had done previous work at my house. They diagnosed a leak in the coils. They replaced the coils. A/C is working great again. Total cost of repair including refrigerant was $825. It was less than I expected. Excellent company. Very happy with their work.

If you are looking for an AC excellent quality, reliability, and second to none installation search no more. Flow Tech will deliver this kind of service at a reasonable cost....along with a quick installation. You won't regret it. Their quality and customer service along speak for theirselves.

Update for Covid times:
Flow-Tech was just at my house this morning doing a big job (changing out my coil). They were very professional and tidy. They always wore masks inside of my house and put on booties to cover their shoes when they came inside. They did a great job and I would highly recommend!

For well over a decade, they have "done it well" for me and provide a truly professional attitude and service. I like this family business and Melissa takes pride on building a brand name; Mario must have taught her well. They obviously hire techs that are on board with their philosophy of excellence.

I have been working with this Company for about 10 years now.
I recently contacted this Company due to an issue I was having with my A/C.
Their Staff (Pedro) immediately responded (the next morning).
I described the problem I was having to Pedro and we discussed scheduling a visit, rates, etc.
However, thanks to Melissa Rivera's verbal recommendation to set the switch on the thermostat to "Auto Fan", the problem seemed to resolve itself. I was thus spared the cost of a House Visit.

There are few companies in South Florida that actually care about their customers. I have used Flow-Tech for my installations, maintenance, and repair work for 6 years now across two different homes I have owned. After years of going through terrible and shady A/C companies I found the one I can count on. These guys are like family. And when I found them, I felt comfortable to use them on multiple projects because I knew they were reliable. Let me first start with service. Melissa runs the service department and her techs are incredibly knowledgeable. They don’t try to rush the job. They want to get it right the first time. Over the years I learned I could trust these guys and they would not rip me off. In my first home, I had my A/C units and duct work replaced on a 3,000 sq ft home. I didn’t even consider shopping around. When you find a company like this, you use them. After selling my first home, I again contracted them to put in new A/C units for my second home. That is where Mario comes in. Mario is the owner and he’s not afraid to get his hands dirty. He is with you every step of the way when it comes to installations. Mario is the kind of guy that is responsive. You won’t call or text and not hear from him. This guy cares about his customers and ensures his customers are happy. If anyone has written anything less than a 5 star review on here they must be completely unreasonable. And I caution anyone to use an A/C company that is willing to do something for less. Especially an A/C install. You get what you pay for. I know from my own past experiences. And with these guy you will get the product and service you deserve for your hard earned money. If you are thinking about using them and just not sure, call them up. Ask them for my number. I’m happy to share my experiences and this company deserves every bit of business South Florida has to offer.
