Roberto cleaned the condenser unit, inspected the pipes and installed a new capacitor, replenished the refrigerant. Roberto is very responsive, and the service is good, and the prices are fair. Get a quote for the total repair cost; even if the parts are not expensive (the capacitor is $20), the labor is the major cost.

Robert is my Repair Technician. He's very Professional, always punctual and performs repairs and installations at a fair price. He even makes the time during his busy schedule to repair whatever emergency that may come up. I have been using his services for several years...he's very friendly and trustworthy. I don't use anyone else.

Beware:
I've previously had a great working relationship with this HVAC company. However, in a most recent case they have truly done wrong by me. I was charged $1223 to install a new blower motor (later found out it didn't need a new motor) and my AC issue persisted. He even burned the motor and there was smoke all over my house and he still refused to believe the Horsepower was wrong for the blower, despite clearly labeled on my AC unit.

After having a second and third opinion from other companies, found out that Comfort Degree installed the wrong motor. The owner lied to me a total of 7 times about the HorsePower of the blower motor he installed. Even when he came back out to replace the motor to the correct one, he said it was already the right one... even though the sticker of the motor clearly showed the wrong HP right in front of us. He completely overlooked basic understanding of HVAC information that was painfully obvious he was trying to gaslight me. He even tried convincing me that 1/6 to 1/2 are bigger fractions than 3/4...

He then tried to upsell me to fix my problem since the AC still had persisting issues, trying to charge me another $1224.

I just had another company come out to change the blower wheel and it finally fixed my AC issue. Sounds beautiful now and was only a $280 problem to fix.

Please take it from me that I've worked with this provider several times in the past with multiple properties. The quality of their work and most importantly, their level of integrity are abysmal.

It's unfortunate, but I have removed my 5 star review and truly I never publish 1 star reviews against small businesses. This one is the exception. Buyer, beware.

Roberto fixed a serious leak in my AC unit. Wonderful technician, professional and knowledgeable, with many years of experience. Responds quickly and is very diligent. He is honest, pricing is fair (it is what it is, no hidden funny charges) and very reasonable for the high quality of his work. Fully recommend.

Perfect work immediately found issue it was fan inside unit. Even found and install temporarily fan from another model. with is work perfect till we waiting for original part)

Comfort Degree Air Conditioning came out to our home today to service a split unit. The owner was on time and worked efficiently. My wife was home and he showed her (at her request) how to clean the filters monthly. Comfort will def. be our go-to A/C folks!

Very good work that was done! They finished 4+ ducts in less than 3 hours, by replacing, repairing and cleaning them with every tool possible. I highly recommend this service, very punctual and professional.
