Highly recommend. I have used them in the past for repair. Eventually my old unit gave out. They were quick and reliably installed a new central A/C system and new unit on the roof of my building. They calculated the size I need and installed everything including permit / insurance / clearance from the condominium. Price was very good. Very happy I used them. 1 year later everything still perfect. Now I use them for biannual maintenance. Thank you Eddie.

Horatio is a skilled HVAC master, he is the kind of gentleman that you want in your home and brings great energy, but most importantly fixes things that are incredibly difficult that other people couldn't fix before him. He is a true master and I wish I could give more than five stars.

My AC went out this weekend and Eddy was great, he helped me quickly and explained all my options to replace the unit. He dealt with my building and made the repair happen same day. Mario was a great tech and did a great job with installation. I'm saved from the Miami heat!

Cool Solution Services is a great AC company to hire. We needed emergency AC service and they addressed our issue promptly! They performed a full diagnostic, quickly isolated then resolved the issue. I’d definitely recommend this company for all air conditioning service needs.

Update: After years of being a loyal customer with Cool Solutions Services we had quite an unfortunate end. It started with routine maintenance. We asked Cool Solutions to clean out our air ducts and blower. They did a good job cleaning out the air ducts (I like to give proper credit where due). But after they disassembled the blower to clean it, it was not correctly reassembled. This produced a rattling noise in the air conditioning unit. After a few months the rattling coming from the blower was crisp and loud. We called Cool Solutions to come check it out. And just as suspected, the blower was the issue as it had been haphazardly reassembled by the Cool Solutions tech. To my shock, instead of Cool Solutions honoring the work they’d done, they evaded to problem and put it back on us saying that the air conditioning unit was old and we’d need to get a completely new air conditioning unit! How did we go from the repair of a part to an overhaul of an entire system? And if this were the case, why wasn’t this communicated when the routine maintenance work was initially done?

Long story cut short. We hired a new service and they simply replaced the part that got damaged by the Cool Solutions tech and the air conditioning unit now works perfectly. The repair was $250 with parts and service vs. the $5,000-$10,000 Cool Solutions would expect from us to purchase and install a brand new unit. What’s more, we were beyond disappointed that Cool Solutions refused to own up to their mistake. Most companies provide a 6 month warranty on their work, because they confidently stand by it. No such luck with Cool Solutions. BUYER BEWARE!

In a market like Miami, Cool Solution Services stands out head and shoulders above the rest for customer service, workmanship, and support. They do the job until it's done and that has meant active communication with their team including Eddy! What other company texts you at 11 pm to make sure everything was taken care of beyond expectations? Cool Solutions has so many options available, they've been my go to for other services as well, including servicing my fridge when it has had an issue, full HVAC flush, servicing other appliances including Washer/Dryer, over, etc. They've cleaned the ducts for my W/D unit and are always there if I have anything in our units related to emergency services for AC etc. I can't say enough good things about this team. Highly recommended

Please do not make the same mistake we made in trusting this company. My husband called this company last week because the AC was not cooling properly. He was very surprised when the technician said that the only problem was that the AC needed coolant. My husband told the technician he believed there was a leak, and after going back and forth with this company, we moved forward with the technician’s recommendation of
only adding coolant because they promised it would be under warranty if anything further happened. We paid $600.

Only one week later, we get a call that the AC isn’t working again. Since it was a Saturday, the owner said he wouldn’t be able to have anyone go out until Monday. Monday comes around and we get an additional $900 charge because they “needed to do a test that was not covered by the warranty” to diagnose that there was a leak… what my husband, who is not an AC technician, had been initially arguing was likely the problem. The “warranty” only covered additional coolant and only one additional time - a third time is no longer under “warranty”…

We called another company and within 10 minutes they noticed a leak, without charging us $900 for a mere diagnostic test…

Cool Solutions is the best. Last year my AC unit wasn’t working and they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it. Recently I contacted them to service the unit and clean the ducts. Great customer service. Was able to schedule a next day appointment. The guys came out and did an overall amazing job overall!

I had two AC's replaced by Cool Solution Services. I am extremely pleased with the service they provided. I was very lucky to have found this company. From the techs who did the job, Fidel Prol and Kenny Hernandez who both took their time and did a beautiful job, to dealing with a true professional , Eddy Alvarez, the owner. In today's world it is not easy to find people that are truly proud of the work they perform to please and have a happy customer for life.
The quality of their job is superb!

It was 92 degrees out and our A/C stopped working. I called Cool Solution Services who came out within 4 hours. They found the leak, sealed and repaired the pipe in a very quick and efficient manner. Very professional and a pleasure to work with. They took a horrible and hot afternoon and turned it into a very cool and delightful evening. I would highly suggest calling this team for your next A/C concern as they took great care of us!!

BEWARE - VERY DISAPPOINTED - CONSISTENT WITH OTHER REVIEWS... PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE BOOKING THIS COMPANY!!! I paid $3,000.00 up front to have an A/C repaired and they left a gapping hole in my wall, very poor quality work, and failing to adequately clean the site. I was appalled at the unprofessional work completed. I tried to reach out to Eddy, the owner with multiple calls and texts and was ghosted - he failed to respond to any of my concerns. Really bad company - totally dishonest. Especially Eddie the owner. I would not recommend using them - EVER! BEWARE!!!

Wow ! I called Cool Solution Services and spoke with Eddy after calling another company who came here and lied to me that my unit was not working and there was nothing left to do but replace it which I knew was suspect. I explained to Cool solutions what was happening with my unit and was not cooling properly. He reassured me that they could fix it. They sent a great tech named Osniel who came early morning and ran a thorough diagnostic and brought my A/C unit back to life. Osniel took his time and explained to me the services he completed and what I should look out for to keep my system running cool and efficiently. Call these guys for your A/C servicing needs they do quality work and most importantly they’re honest.

I needed new ducts and vents system install in my home. I could not be happier that with the service from Eddy and Jose. They were able to do it how I wanted without causing significant damage to my ceiling. Jose was on time on the installation day, and Eddy explains in detail the process! I highly recommend them.

I have been using Cool Solutions since I moved in two years ago. The previous tenant did not maintain the A/C properly. The thermostat was dead and the heating function did not work. The building engineer recommended Cool Solution services and I am glad he did. They arrived very quickly and fixed everything, professionally, quickly, and cleanly. They made adjustments to the system that made it run more efficiently and the cool air now comes on very fast instead of a 5-10 minute wait. I signed up for maintenance visits every 6 months for piece of mind. They recommended a duct cleaning. I had no records of when the ducts were cleaned so I did it. There was a lot of grit and dirt in the ducts. It was ugly. I don't think the ducts were ever cleaned out since the building was built. And then they fogged the ducts so insects won't nest there. Cool Solution Services gives me peace of mind.

I’ve dealt with a few AC companies during my 11 years in Miami. Cool Solutions has BY FAR been the best for me. They are so responsive and visit quickly. Every time they’ve sent a technician the problem was fixed on the first visit. I can’t recommend them enough.

Horacio was professional, quick, and reliable. He was able to break it down easily so that we understood the issues, why it may have happened, and the solutions. Now the company did have some pretty elevated prices, but that did not takeaway from the excellent service Horacio provided and the speed in which it was completed.
