This store engages in price gouging. When you call, they quote a lower price, but when you arrive in person, the price is much higher. To make matters worse, the customer service is terrible, and the store manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never return to this store.

You charged for a install on mini split..but dude didn't even wrap lines we had hole provided for access to outdoor unit..electric hooked up..but come on wrap the lines..but otherwise appreciate your professional install..just maybe take time to wrap all lines..weird situation at all parties..but I would have to say that install was not complete..my opinion..but do appreciate the professional attributes installer had..system is running great..so thank you..just misunderstanding of project from from start..thank you for your service 👍
