I used them twice and couldn't be happier to have found them. The first time, they were able to find a persistent cooling problem in an old unit I had, which no mechanic was able to fix! Some years later, I followed their recomendation on which new unit to purchase, and I can't even remember how many years I've had it without a single problem!! I have recommended them to friends, and they are equally satisfied with their expertise, promptnes, and professionalism!

Hands down the best air conditioning company. I put the inquiry to get quotes for a new AC on Sunday to several AC companies and they were the only one that called me back and sent a quote the same day. They did an amazing job installing a full hvac system. I gave them 5 stars for communication, service, installation and skilled technician. If you are looking for a reputable AC company, I highly recommend South Florida Cooling Systems Inc.

South Florida Cooling Systems Inc. Is the most reliable and honest company I've dealt with in a while. Their technician, Elier, was very nice and personable, but above all else was very knowledgeable and very professional. He was excellent at troubleshooting the problem, explaining to me what he was doing and gave me reccomendations for the care of my A/C. He wouldn't leave unless he felt my problem taken care of and the system was working perfect. I highly recommend this company.

What a great experience! Everything verbally promised was delivered. We were drawn to South Florida Cooling Systems based on their 60 month finance free advertising. As advertised, we got 60 months 0% financing at a very competitive price for a 2.5 ton unit with all new duct work in a home that previously never had central AC. Elier was punctual and completed the work on time as promised. Something we forget exists here in S. FL. I highly recommend him. A very professional organization.

I had forgotten what good service is, here in Miami! This company is very professional taking care of their customers. After having a nightmare for almost a year with an AC installation via ARS through Home Depot, South Florida Cooling Systems came to the rescue with a good price and absolutely professional delivery. It is good to feel someone out there is not interested in just making a profit, but being fair to the customer and with a high level of professionalism. I have gone through about 3 AC installations before, and I have never seen so much attention to details and making sure everything is up to code! Great company!

Our central air conditioner was on the last leg so we called South Florida Cooling Systems because the company was highly recommended. The owner came right out and gave us different options and his advice on what system he thought would be best for our house. We went with his recommendation and could not be happier. The crew came out the next day and were professional, courteous and had everything finished before we knew it. We even got a rebate! Our electric bill is considerably lower and the unit is quiet and efferent. We found the company to exceed our expectations from the owner, to the installers, to the equipment. I have recommended them to everyone. No need for another hot night as long as South Florida Cooling Systems is around.

I tried several AC companies in Miami, FL, Cool Solution was by far my best experience. They were available, flexible in time, reasonable prices, highly professional, and their technicians are nice people with great skills. I had a wonderful experience with Frank Reina who helped me more than once! Thank you Frank and thank you Cool Solutions!

This company is a complete SCAM. The worst mistake I ever made was calling them.

When they went to my property to work on a malfunctioning AC, they called me back saying my coolant was low and just needed to be refilled. I told them repeatedly that 3lbs below normal for coolant seemed like there was a leak and to take care of it. They assured me I would be under warrenty and they could not find a leak. $600 charge

Then a week later my AC malfunctions again needing 3lbs of coolant. Obviously there was a leak that was not taken care of initially. Even though they assured me I was under warranty, they now needed to run a special pressure test that didn't fall under the initial warrenty. Another $900 charge just to diagnose what the original problem was.

And guess what? Then they tell me my AC coils needed to be replaced and they wanted to charge an additional $1400 for it. I was suspicious of them so I started calling other AC companies and ALL OF THEM MENTIONED HOW MY 8 YEAR SYSTEM SHOULD BE UNDER MANUFACTURER WARRENTY FOR THE COILS.

They are thieves mascarading as a legit business. Do not call them.

I have been using Cool Solutions for our Air Conditioning service for a year now. They assisted with a major problem we had with our HVAC, after using 3 different companies Cool Solutions were the only company that could find the issue and fix it properly. I’m so happy to have this professional team on my side who I know I can call anytime! Thank You!!!

Outstanding service. My AC was significantly leaking and needed emergency service. I called 5 other companies, left messages and emails to which I am still waiting a response. I called Cool Solutions, got an immediate answer, went through a a handful of Q&A and within 15 minutes got a scheduled technician to come by (BTW, it was Eddy Alvarez who took my call…tremendous professionalism). The level of service continued to impress when Jorge Ramos showed up. He took care of the problem offered a solution NOT A SALES PITCH. When Jorge left it seemed as if nothing took place even though he took the unit apart and cleaned it to the point that it looked brand new. It’s not often I write an excellent review. These guys/gals earned every bit of accolade. I recommend them without any hesitation. Thank you Eddy, Jorge, Dollys and Andrea (hope your training is on course Andrea, you are in great hands).

Rolando and Eddie and Dalys are the best team. I’m a young professional in Brickell and have moved between several buildings. Cool Solutions is available usually the same day I call and always fixes the issue. Their technicians are extremely friendly, they don’t over charge for things you don’t need, and they’re just the best. I don’t write many reviews but had to share.

My AC had been broken for a week and I was starting to get stressed out. I called on Friday and I was in the schedule for Saturday! Frank was able to swing by earlier than expected and immediately identified the problem. He was able to fix the problem with replacement of the transducer. He was so meticulous and so careful to check all parts of the system. Did an absolutely wonderful job and was so kind and courteous the entire time. Would definitely call again if any other issues arise. Definitely use this company!

Disappointed with the most recent service I had done on my air conditioning unit in downtown Miami. I live in a high-rise, our air-conditioning was due for a check up .. it was running fine… so I called to have it serviced for the summer. I was shocked when I got the invoice showing $150 for the air conditioning service , then ADDITIONAL charges of $47 for a drain flush and $67 to clean the drain pan. $256 total and the workers were in my unit for approximately 10 minutes. The cleaning of the drain pan took about 10 to 20 seconds which involved turning on a wet vac, Sucking out the water, and that was it. To flush the line, they use the same wet vac and just blew out the line for another 10 to 15 seconds. When the workers left, they walked out, I didn’t know what they had done. I wasn’t able to sign anything confirming what they had done. I didn’t get a list of the charges, I had to call the office and they said that they would be forwarding an email to me with the charges within a few hours and that’s when I saw the $256 charge with the additional charges. After getting the invoice,
I called to question exactly what the $150 fee included and ask why the most BASIC tasks were deemed ADDITIONAL. No one can explain what is done for $150. The only thing I can think is that this the charge for them to drive to my apartment from SW. 8th St., which is about 2 miles from my apartment. So basically, $150 is for NOTHING!

I own another property in Fort Lauderdale, which has an internal air handler and an external compressor. The yearly service cost is $159 and one person comes out and Flushes the drain line, cleans the drain pan, puts pan tabs in the drain pan, checks the air temp coming out of the vents (which was not done by cool solutions) , and last checks the external unit to ensure everything is working properly. That involves crawling onto a hot roof on top of a condo building. Much more labor-intensive than anything done inside my nice cool apartment in Miami. All this is included in the service fee of $159.

Again, I have to question what is the $150 air-conditioning service fee cool solutions charges. Why are two tasks that take a total of 1-2 minutes or less billed at $114? I did pay the $256 … I really didn’t have a choice because they took my credit card information prior to coming out to service the unit. Lesson learned.

I gave them a two star rating because the people who answer the phone are pleasant. Sadly, the workers who came to my unit did not speak English. I was unable to communicate with them on what they had done. I know I live in Miami, I get it, I’m also married to a Brazilian immigrant Who did not know English when they moved to this country but did learn it, , so I have nothing against the Latino community, but it is nice to be able to communicate with workers when they arrive instead of getting a blank stare when asked a question or attempting to introduce myself.

Amazing customer service by Cool Solution Services!!! Our AC unit broke down on a Friday and since we are a retail store it was imperative to fix it ASAP! We actually called another company before who left us hanging and were unprofessional. I found Cool Solution Services and called them Friday late and they came next day early; they were on time and were helpful. Eddie & Jorge gave us excellent service, they fixed our AC unit super fast, and explained the issue and got us a spare part to be prepared for any emergencies that might happen. I highly recommend them; they're reliable and efficient.

I highly recommend Cool Solutions! My AC broke and was completely fried the day before Fourth of July weekend. They responded immediately and did everything they could to try to get me up and running for the long weekend. The techs were very professional and explained everything to me. Eddy Alvarez, specifically, went above and beyond to get my new unit installed on a Saturday so that I would not have to spend the holiday weekend in the heat. I have recommended Cool Solutions to several of my clients, who have always given me positive feedback in reference to their services. They recently came to fix my water heater because I did not have warm or hot water in the unit. The techs came on time, are very polite, are good at explaining the process, and are already approved by my building’s management and most buildings in the area. My top reason for working with them, is their professionalism and their turn around time. I would like to say first that I am grateful to Cool Service for the the good service, for been responsive, work responsable and their amazing customer service. When I called them I was tired of waiting months for my AC Tech. I found Cool services online and I decided to give them a chance after I read their reviews. From the beginning when I spoke with the service manager I knew that with them would be different. They came the same day I called, they did a diagnostic and they fixed it temporarily the air gap on my unit, the next day they came again to permanently fixed. When I came back home I noticed was a still a little cool air coming out they come back the next day and they finished sealed promptly that little gap.
With the invoice they sent me detail pictures of all they have done on inside the unit to seal the gap. I have never had such a great service with another company, they make a difference!!!

Cool Solutions is the best AC Company in Miami. Period and end of story. Look no further! All my allergies totally went away after Eddy Alvarez recommended a duct cleaning and the UV light. The staff is amazing - particularly Osniel Morales. He is an expert in ACs plus HE IS HONEST!! Thank you for everything!!!!!
