They arrived at my house within 15 minutes after calling them since they happened to be in my area. They were extremely thorough and went through everything. Cooling nation was very efficient, punctual, and honest with what we needed. Installed a brand new Rheem system on a Sunday (thank god because over 95 degrees outside and no breeze). Clean work and you have a customer for a very long time!

Hipolito and his crew are the absolute best you could find in South Florida. He is responsive to communication, clearly walks you through maintenance, works quickly and efficiently, and is a really nice guy. If you need anything done with your A/C, call them. I would give 6 stars if possible, highly recommended!

My central ac unit broke in the middle of August and as you can imagine it was incredible hot. Cooling Nation ( Polo ) save the day. Very knowledgeable, fast and friendly!!!

I usually write reviews when I am unsatisfied with something. In this case, it is totally the oposite. I am extremely satisfied with the work of Cooling Nation. My AC broke on a weekend. I called about 10 other companies and everyone either charged me an extra fee because it the weekend, or could not do anything until Monday. Polo came for an estimate the same Saturday and on Monday I already had my new unit installed. I recommend 100%! Miami weather with newborn twins less than a month old and no AC cannot wait until Monday!

I completely forgot to post this so here goes. 5 months ago my AC died on a Sunday (Miami in May is pretty brutal). I found Cooling Nation in a Google search and decided to call. Spoke to Polo and he said he would come over. He diagnosed the problem and 24 hours later he installed my new unit in the rain! He is the nicest guy and very knowledgeable on what he does. Cooling Nation replaced our old A/C unit with a 3 ton, American Standard unit on 8/22/19. From the initial phone conversation “Polo”, was not only professional but honest & informative in his answers to my many questions (a combination seldom found in contractors). The quoted price was both reasonable and fair in comparison to other companies. On the day of installation, they arrived on time and worked diligently to provide quality work on the a/c unit and new thermostat. Upon completion, he explained the included service period and informed that, with our approval, he would complete the online product registration and email us the certificates. Of course, only time will tell, but currently, to say we are extremely satisfied is an understatement. The 5 star rating is well deserved.
