horrible experience. they came to my location to change the filters and then they told me that I have so many problems with my ac and etc. basically since a regular homeowner dont understand anything about ac. they want to take your money and do nothing. typical ac company.

My AC stopped cooling at10pm two nights ago. I was in need of service. I found COLDLIFE online, when I called Jorge answered. I told him my situation; he said he would arrive in 15 minutes. He did! Jorge is very professional, kind and fair. He found the problem and repaired it in a timely manner. Thanks to Jorge my family was able to sleep well with cool air. Great company! Half an hour after I called Coldlife, Yussur was here fixing my A/C. And he was knowledgeable and efficient.

Very Professional Service at Reasonable Prices. I would fully recommend this company because they are hardworking, caring professionals who gets the job done without trying to charge an unreasonable price like other companies.

These guys finished last night installing new ducts and vents in the bedroom side of my house. They are hardworking, punctual, professional, respectful, etc. Everything seems to be working as expected. I'm very picky so if something goes wrong I'll revise my comment but I was very impressed by them. It is so hard to find responsible people now a days.

Honesty is key! The quote reflected accuracy and even pictures were taken of my torn ducts. I like transparency when I hire someone. Also there wasn’t a minimum fee for the service not costs associated with the quote like other companies I inquired with.

Edit: 1 Star. He applied a stop leak to my system, filled the system with Freon before determining if the stop leak worked. My apartment was filled with freon by the time we got downstairs from the roof. I have video of my apartment filled with freon, and the air handler leaking freon.
He then says that my system might be too big for my apartment and that it could just be humidity, after taking my money.

He follows up on Monday that the company who warrantied my unit doesn't recognize my name and that he would follow up with them later...
I sent him the documentation with the name, registration #, serial #, owner information, everything.

I reached out to the company that installed the unit and they came out, identified the leak with my information and are replacing the core.

I reach out to him to square up the money he took for filling my leaky system, replacing a 1 year old capacitor, and he says he did his part and he doesn't owe me anything. That there could have been a small or a big leak, but he fills up my system with 7 pounds of freon and then he claims that this was needed to detect the leak.

So much for getting the job done right.

Used their service today. Called in the morning and the repair man came in the afternoon. Fixed the problem very fast and charged a reasonable amount. The repairman wore a mask all the times and was very professional and helpful. I'd definitely recommend them to whoever needs AC service.

The company was very responsive! They AC broke over the weekend and they came the same day. They installed a portable air conditioning unit, repaired our hvac, and replaced all our ducts! Pricing was very reasonable! Would recommend to anyone seeking AC repair!! Thank you again.

I had to call them 4 times, every time for a new issue in the span of 3 weeks and every time I had to pay.

The listed phone number does not go to customer service but rather it sends you to a technician directly who does not care what the previous technician did or didn't do correctly, so expect to pay them too. After the last visit, when all the problems had supposedly been fixed, the AC unit started leaking again (reason for the second service call) and the technician never answered to come back and fix it.

Very unprofessional and do not care about making things right. DO NOT USE THEM!

Our AC stopped cooling last night so we found Yusser on Google with great reviews and decided to call first thing in the morning since his hours are listed as 24/7. We called him at 7am on Saturday and he was here within an hour. Turns out our compressor fan motor needed to be replaced. He had the piece available in his truck and replaced it right away. Pricing is fair and we are very thankful we have a functioning AC with summer approaching.

We were experiencing issues with our AC throughout the weekend and on Monday night it stopped working. We called Coldlife In the late evening and they were very responsive. They came every night to assess our AC and the following morning they had the parts and installed as promised. I will definitely use your services again!
