Ozzy is amazing! He’s very upfront and efficient - didn’t waste time to get us up and running again. Not happy with the job. Just about 2 weeks ago I paid to have my hoses replaced. Noticed a few days ago that my AC wasn’t working. When I popped my head in the attic I saw that my main vent was completely disconnected from my main unit. I don’t believe the job was don’t correctly. I now have to pay another company come out and check the work that was done. Extremely disappointed.

I had Ozzy and his crew from Ice City AC replace my 1950s era ductwork and install a mini split for me. The estimate came in far below the other two I obtained. The work was done in two days. The work crew was polite and tidy. My future AC business will go to this company.

I can always count on Ozzy. I kept having issues with my AC, every fix through the warranty was just a bandaid and kept costing me more but thankfully Ozzy was there to resolve the issue permanently and gave me an amazing price. Excellent experience. I "cold called" Ozzie at 6:30 p.m. for an a/c repair after a tenant reported a problem. He was willing to do a service call at 8:00 p.m., however we determined the issue could wait for the morning. The next morning he arrived within the scheduled time frame, diagnosed and completed the work for a fair price. I so appreciated his responsiveness and willingness to go out for a service call for a total stranger who contacted him out of the blue.
