Ice City responded and came out within 2 hours of call to take care of a damaged condenser fan motor. The previous company we called the day before didn't have the right tools and/or expertise to fix the problem. Ice City fixed the problem in no time. In addition, they also recommended cleaning the air handler coils. Now the unit is running like new! Ice City demonstrated a high level of expertise an professionalism, and worked fast and efficiently to solve our problems. We will definitively hire again for our ongoing maintenance.

Ulises was very knowledgeable and efficient when fixing my ac unit. Provided me great service and responded to my emergency call at 3am as soon as possible. Not a lot of companies are available at this time so thank you Ice City!

He quickly diagnosed the issue, he provided a thorough explanation of the issue and was able to resolve my problem. Ulises did a great job being a service tech for my AC unit. he showed up, found where my leak was and fixed it with no problem. My AC hasn't had a problem ever since. highly recommended

I recently had an issue with AC unit. Outdoor unit failed to run. Called Ice City Air Conditioning and received an appointment within 1 hour of request. Very prompt response time. Ozzy was very friendly, courteous, efficient, and thorough. Diagnosed the issue immediately as a broken capacitor and corrected the problem with HQ part replacement. Very knowledgeable and gave detailed explanations during the repair. Offers excellent service at affordable price and Ozzy was kind enough to give us a further discount. Definitely recommend their services.

I've worked with Ice City on several occasion for my air conditioning system at home and in my investment properties. The speed at which this company responds and get the work done is impressive. I always get a call right back and the company understand the sense of urgency of not having air conditioning. I also liked that the team showed up on time and got to work immediately. I thought the price was very reasonable and would hire Ozzy and his team over and over.

My AC unit stopped working on Friday evening and I contacted Ice City Air conditioning with my dilemma. The owner Ozzy replied to me right away and we arranged for an estimate to be done on the next day. I told Ozzy I was also getting a second opinion and he was extremely respectful and understanding. The second tech arrived in the middle of Ozzy's estimate and he wasn't as professional and honest as Ozzy was. What Ice City said was just the fan motor -- the second tech said the whole unit needed to be replaced.

I appreciated Ozzy's honesty and respectful attitude. He not only changed the fan motor but explained to me what was happening while he was working with the unit and what I need to do to maintain it in good condition.

Ozzy and his wife were genuinely a great team. They fixed my unit in less than 30 minutes.

I 100% recommend Ice City Air Conditioning. Good people who are also good caring professionals. They have my family as a customer for life!

Ice city came through for me! I'm leaving this review so you know of a good company that can take care of you. I live in a condo, they sent over their license & insurance right away for my hoa to approve them. Then they got to work and got the job done swiftly. They threw out my broken ac unit and installed a new one. Even removed and put back a door and did some welding to ensure there was no issues. Top notch 5 star service. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal & excellent service.

My mothers A/C unit stop working and he got on-site assess the unit and got the unit working within 30 minutes of arriving!
