Amazing very professional! I recommend them 100%. What I liked the most is that the person that took the call knew exactly what I needed. No middle man they are the one that go to your house so the person that answers the phone is the person that comes to your house. AMAZING!!!

Quite displeased with the service and knowledge from the person who checked out my unit. Wrong diagnosis provided which almost led to a bigger than needed repair.. Not worth the steep diagnostic fee.

Hope it was just a one off because this company has great reviews. From my point of view, it was misleading and would not use them again.

The technician from the company was professional and in good communication leading up to the service call, which was originally for repair services.
When he arrived he showed me how the existing equipment had been poorly handled and incorrectly altered (ruined) by previous work from previous technicians (Other company). Explained to me what the problem was in several sections of the equipment and told me that this was not repairable.

The next day he was back with another technician who also was very professional and knew his business well. They both worked very efficiently to remove the old AC which in fact was worthless as an air conditioner. Then they efficiently put in the new AC and it is working perfectly.
They brought in a new AC unit and set it up and set up the exterior part of the unit also. When I looked at the labels on both pieces, it said that the equipment had been manufactured in Sept 2021 (now it is October), so that equipment is super brand new. This could not be better. Awesome job!

What a awesome experience . Fast service. Service was provide sooner than one hour . The tech was honest right up front . Informed me of the air filter being to small for my unit. Actually the honesty start 1st call. Informed him my ac had frozen. He told me the problem rt up front . Ac was repaired with a smile . I will continue to use this Ac repair company really impressed .

The techs showed up one hour after I called and finished the job in less than an hour. The price was also unbeatable. The AC blower came out spotless. Super professional guys. I would definitely use their service again.

I called this company after 7pm on a Thursday night. They were at my house in 45 minutes. They accurately diagnosed the problem that I needed a new fan for my Rheem AC unit. They showed up at my house the next morning at 9am with the replacement fan which fortunately was under warranty. They charged me a very fair price for their labor. My house is now cool. Excellent service. I will be using this company again for sure.

Called ColdLife today around 320pm and was able to get someone in within the hour! The guys were extremely professional and knowledgeable, they got to work right away and showed me exactly what they did with pictures. They finished the work quickly and the price was given before they arrived, very affordable. They are a company I will recommend to everyone!
