They tried to charge us $500 for a $15 part on top of the $100 visit. Completely unacceptable and abusive. Do not recommend.

First and foremost I'm a difficult cookie, I call today at 7:32am and requested a on-site visit for a estimate to replace my 2 ton system, the operator send my information to a sale rep Melvin. Melvin schedule a visit for 1230pm. For now I continue to shop around and wait for his manager to come up with an formal estimate. Anyhow there's nothing like good customer service and someone who absolutely do care to arrive on time and ask questions about what's important to the customer. look forward to working with Melvin if we come to terms with the price.

I give service experts a big fat zero I pay for the advantage plan and I’ve been I’m without air conditioning and the middle of a heat wave for four days now and they told me I have to wait two more days. They keep giving me the runaround and I keep informing them that I have an 82 year-old mother that has a heart condition that cannot handle the heat like that, do not return my calls unless I say I will call a lawyer. I recommend them to no one and when I have the opportunity, I will drop them because I’ve had too many problems with them. My air condition breaks down way too much.

disappointed and very unprofessional technician team. First when they arrived after checking issues and everything they asked multiple times to write review about their names even tho issue was not fixed. After that they scheduled and promised next appointment for the following day, me not knowing that they don’t have ability to do it, i trusted them did fully payment for both days, as they said if fully payment was not made no one will be able to come following day?!?! Following day no one appears and scheduling team after my call clearly explained that technician didn’t had any right to schedule next appointment. After all contacting technician that did all promise and obviously lies nothing was solved and everything seemed like a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience for not only one time with this company. I think they should double check what they technician are saying to the people, specially the one tat have the most reviews because they are the one that are asking for the reviews

Jesus really took his time to fix all the details repair some wires and explain to me how stuff works and what type of maintenance is needed.

Thanks to the professional service I received from representative Juan Villa and installers Ricardo and Ruben....I received an excellent installation within one day! I couldn't believe the expert service I received. They really made me feel as if I was their only customer! The service is quick and so efficient. I have two neighbors who passed by and saw the work as it was being done, and they were so impressed....that now they too plan to sign up for the same service I received.

We met Melvin & Gustav today and they were amazing! Very knowledgeable about the products, maintenance and services available. They responded quickly to my Aunt inquiry about A/C units and worked to find the most affordable option.

I desperately placed a call at 6 pm on a Sunday due to our AC not blowing cold. They were able to send someone out and they were at our house within 2 hours. Gustav was exceptionally kind, helpful and efficient. He was able to diagnose the issue very quickly and had us up and running within an hour! Can’t say enough great things about Gustav and this company. Would highly recommend!
