André was very professional and courteous. We are very happy with this technician. Got the dishwasher working right away.

The technician never show up, first Tswana confirmed the appointment by 1:12 and later change to 5:17. But a 3:40 I received an invoice charging the visit and a message saying the technician is here, but was a big fat lie!! This guy never came and my AC is still broken.
Never use Sears Services they don’t have a live person for manage the appointment and it is inaccurate and impossible to reach.

The worst technician eve, very rude and unconcerned... He ulled out the refrigerator and stated someone worked on it pushed it halfway back and left without an explanation of what’s wrong with it. I Would prefer if any further repair issues occur he not return to my home.

The tech was exceptional, was highly knowledgeable. He demonstrated the interior of the machine and explained the extent of the damage.

Extremely disappointed. Technician agreed to wait 30 minutes due to rain. 5 minutes later he was gone. I called him and he didn’t answer. My appointment was rescheduled for 4 days later! Even after I explained that I had 2 elderly people living with me. Please make sure you hire technicians that want to work, and have integrity. Your toll-free number is an automated system that does not allow to reach real people! If you really want to resolve this issue, you have my number -- call me or show up to do the work!

My tech Erik was wonderful. He was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure the repair was made to my AC unit in a timely manner to ensure that I would not have to wait any longer to feel comfortable again in my home.

The young technician communicated very well prior to arrival. He “thinks” he solved the problem; but clearly advised me what I need to do to monitor the situation, as well as what would need to be done next.

Our technician Stefan K, was on time, very courteous and professional and gave us an honest appraisal of our appliance’s issue and explained the repair quote. I was pleased with the service we received.

Respectful, kind, hard-working came. Got right onto the issue. Explained everything I couldn't ask for better service and if there's a way I can write a letter so it can go into his file. I would be more than happy to do that. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you so much!

My ac system complexly iced over and stopped working. Sears sent a young man whom appeared to have no experience. He never cleaned the coils, never repaired damaged coils, simply added in less then 1 lb of Freon and hosed off the condenser. He clearly didn’t want to work. When I asked him about not doing what needed to be done he proceeded to argue with me like some common street thug, folding his arms and telling me I didn’t know what I was talking about. The young man confused working in a professional job with a thug lifestyle that works out in the streets, not in my house. Worst service ever.

Andre was very professional and get right to his work and share the operation with as he finished the job. He repaired our range with out any hesitation. We're so pleased! Thank you Sears and thank you to the technician♡♥︎♡

Stefan was very knowledgeable and professional. My problem with the microwave was an intermittent problem and he resolved the issue. Great work and very thoughtful of his work area.
