I have been using AmeriTemp now for the last several years for both my business and home locations. I enjoy speaking with Yolanda on the phone for all my customer service needs, and of course my technician Erick Alvarez is great!

We loved working with Ameritemp to replace our AC units in our historic home. It was a complex job and they were able to figure out all the logistics and help us throughout the entire process. They were also able to deal with all the permits required in the approval process from the city to complete the project. Their team of technicians and administrative staff are highly knowledgeable and great to work with.

Had an after hours call. AC was frozen over. Needed a new blower motor and they came that night. Alfredo Dominguez came out and took care of it. He stayed till it cooled off to make sure everything worked again. Much appreciated to Ameri Temp.

This company is truly heaven sent. They are professional, reliable and very competent. They have been to my home well over a dozen times in the past year to address problems created by a previous incompetent HVAC provider. As a result, I believe I speak from experience as have a basis for comparison. They have interpreted the plans and engineering report to better assess the situation and come up with a corrective action plan that wont break the bank- thank you! I highly recommend Ameri Temp Air Conditioning to anyone, whether starting from scratch, in need of repairs, or just regular scheduled maintenance. My air conditioner was not cooling properly so I called Ameri-Temp and they immediately sent me a technician by the name of Fernando. What an excellent, professional, courteous and most of all knowledgeable technician. Fernando checked all possible causes and seems I had a Freon leak; he was very thorough and fixed the problem.

Not only he was patient with me and answering all my questions with patience and smile, he took the time to really see if the unit works after fixing it to make sure that the problem was resolved. Very high recommended company in the interesting Miami area!

I had Ameritemp replace one of the inside wall units of my Mitsubishi split system last year. The unit was not blowing properly, only out of either side, so I called for repair. the technician came out, examined the unit and told me that, although the coils were clean, the blower wheel was dirty and the unit needed to be cleaned out and that it would require two technicians to disassemble and clean it. I paid the $98 service call fee and they were going to send me an estimate. The estimate to clean the unit was $795! That is over 1/2 of the value of the inside unit, which was only a year old. Thank God I had a handyman friend who was able to clean the blower wheel, with no-rinse coil cleaner spray, leaving it on the wall, and only took him about 20 minutes, and the unit works perfect now! I am appalled at the estimate for cleaning and no longer feel I can trust this company as either their tech was poorly trained or they were just going for the most money they could get out of me.

I had a great experience working with Alfredo and Fernando. They were professional, punctual, and did an excellent job from start to finish. They paid attention to detail, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was done right. I really appreciated their clear communication and how respectful they were throughout the project. Ameritemp installed my range hood and I could not be happier. It's really tough to find subs that are trustworthy and prompt. They showed up on time, installed, cleaned, and were very informative the whole time. Price was better than expected too.

We had Fernando fixing our AC unit and was wonderful. Very respectful, accommodating and resourceful. Punctual and neat! Highly recommended!!
